      ClassRingShop.com is a SCAM I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with ClassRingShop.com, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others.I ordered a ring from ClassRingShop.com with specific requirements, including a "Cybersecurity Engineering" engraving and a solid back. Initially, I was assured that these specifications could be met, and I agreed to an additional $500 for the solid back, as it was crucial to achieving the desired design.However, upon receiving the ring, not once, but twice, my specifications were completely ignored. The "Cybersecurity Engineering" engraving was missing both times, despite multiple assurances from their team. What's more frustrating is that the additional payment for the solid back, which they claimed was necessary for the engraving, was not performed. It became clear that they were not capable of the solid back and failed miserably at the engraving.Communication was abysmal throughout the process. Promises to send a picture of the engraving for approval were broken, leaving me blindsided by the final product. When I raised these concerns, the response was dismissive, offering a mere 30% refund if I returned the ring for a remelting fee. This is unacceptable for a company that repeatedly failed to deliver on its promises.ClassRingShop.com's lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is astounding. I've never felt more misled and frustrated by a company's incompetence. Their actions scream of unprofessionalism and incompetence, and it's clear that they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction.I strongly advise anyone considering ClassRingShop.com to look elsewhere. Save yourself the headache, the disappointment, and the wasted money. This company is a prime example of how not to run a business.

      I ordered a class ring in Dec 2022 and paid to have it delivered 1dy after shipping. I received the ring and there were black smudges, hard dents and the emblem looked half done. I called THAT DAY and spoke with a rep about the issue, sent pictures, and when I asked for a refund, they stated they could fix it and to give them a chance. They stated there was a 30% fee because it was customized and I explained to them it was not my fault the ring was done horribly. I was told to wait and call after New Years to fix the situation because they had too many orders for the holidays. After New Years, I spoke with the 2nd rep on a Sunday and they informed me that management will contact me because I didn't want them to waste time sending out another ring; but the office was closed so I would have to wait for Monday.... so I called that Tuesday (to give them a chance to call that Monday). While speaking to the 3rd rep, they gave the same run around and told me that a new ring was sent and I still have yet to speak with management... it's Feb 2023! I received the 2nd ring and there were still smudges and etc. on the gold and emblem. I felt for over $1.1k, the ring should look great. I am so tired of the run around and I am still fighting for a FULL refund because I feel that this is not my fault for the imperfections that came on the ring... Twice! The ring was purchased for my father to have on Christmas (which was ruined because of the ring not being made right). This is too much! Why is it so hard to speak with a manager to express my concern? I'm sure the conversations are in the notes and yet they keep saying that they understand and I was told to let them try a THIRD time! No!!! Now I am re-sending the ring back for a refund but is on guard because they will charge me and I won't have anyone to speak with, that can make moves to give my FULL REFUND. I should've checked this site before ordering from the beginning.

      Placed an order for a ring in March 2022, never received ring. Emailed, called, ******** messaged and nothing. Lost over $400 on the ring.

      Paid $50 extra for gold plating. As the other review stated it was no more than gold washing. It began coming off shortly after receiving it. There is no longer any gold on the top and one side of the ring. Very disappointed! This wasnot a cheap ring.

      Almost 18 months to resolve misleading product information and quality control if this company was more transparent. What I received looked little like what I had ordered. Having to spend an additional $200 to make my ring the way it was supposed to be in the first place, unacceptable. A warranty is only as good as the actions behind it. This company makes many excuses, but taking 18 months on an issue(s) that existed from day 1?!? Really Class Ring Shop??? Bad quality product thats little like the advertising states.
