Back on May 18 my car was involved in an accident where it was towed by this body shop, I had full coverage insurance but the insurance company totaled the car. The body shop suggested that I go ahead with purchas*** the car back from the insurance company as a salvage title vehicle. And they would repair it as if it was or before the accident. They agreed to do all the repairs that the insurance company originally quoted which included the fender the hood wheel assembly the front end the windshield the bumper the lights and fog lights. Let me tell you this was an experience from H*** When I receive the total wash check I deposited and immediately gave $**** to the body shop so they can order the parts and get the vehicle repaired right away we agreed that they would do everyth*** that the insurance company was go*** to do includ*** do*** my rear right window motor as well. I now have the car back it drives terrible its unsafe they never did the windshield and never did the fog lights and Ive been argu*** back-and-forth and I gave them **** initially $900 which they said disappeared and another $900 when I was only supposed to pay $3400 total Id like this to be rectified if not I will take these people to court and *** for my for money back . It is now August ************************************************************************************ a song and dance, Who is make note that because they watch the $900 they held my car hostage for over a month which costed me an extra $1500 in rental charges from ***** so this needs to be rectified solved and I need to get money back And get my car back and what was supposed to be done and promised
