I spent over 100 dollars, to not receive my order from them a few years ago. I contacted them on instagram to speak with someone and they told me and sent a sticky note that they were out of wands. They told me they would send it out and I still havent received it nor a refund. I still have all of the messages. They basically steal your funds that you work for at this company.Review from N'dea T

I had purchased product and never received them. It states on their website the order will ship out 2-3 days after confirmation of payment and will receive my product within 2-3 weeks. It's been a month. I have not received any confirmation about my order. I'm not liking this so far.Review from Shameka W

The return policy with this company is very strict. Which was understood before purchasing. After the purchase money was withdrawn right away it does say allow 2-5 days for processing before item is shipped BUT when u place and order on the 2nd and have yet to receive an updated status for shipping as of the 13th. Thats bad business especially with such strict policies.. when you reach out to the company you dont even get a response let alone updated status on your order, very unprofessional to take a customers money and not provide any kind of service what so ever. Not being able to get a refund/response should consider this business as a scam. I was really looking forward to this experience. :(Review from Jazzlyn M

This my second time order from them and the first time it took forever to send my order, now here we are again after I gave them a chance again. Now they blocked me from getting in contact with them. And they have a no refund policy but cant push out order in time and they dont have any customers service skill. They response so rude when you ask them about your order, but the money come off your card before three days hit.Review from Shytavia P

Its been a month since ive ordered my package and Ive yet to receive it. The shipping details said 2-7 business days so i gave it time. After 9 business days i emailed them and didnt get a response. I finally got in touch with them through ******** messenger and asked abt my order and they apparently still havent got to it yet. So I waited another week and i just texted them and i asked for a refund because Ive never had to wait this long for a package. They refused to give me a refund but clearly their shipping details are not accurate at all and also theyre customer service is sh*tty. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.Review from Dahlia P.

Ordered on the 2nd of December Still do not have a tracking number Emailed and got no response at all Then to not have a phone number to call I should have paid attention to all of that This is not professional at all If this is not a scam then why would it take so long to even get a tracking number to track your stuff Then I read on their site that if u open the thing that says delivered that you wouldnt get your product or whatever they are trying to say. Like what.. how if Im trying to check and see if yall delivered it. This is ridiculous for real for real There are other sites that sells these products Check them out first before anything do your research first And yes if my stuff dont come within a month I am reporting scam/fraud and I bet I get my money backReview from Lillian M

Im not sure if the company is a scam or not because the owner seems to be responding to the BBB comments But basically I ordered my product Dec 4, 2021 I got an email saying my order was received, however its now Dec 15, *************************************************************** shipped. I emailed the company through the site & got no response.I also messaged the company and got no response. Id still like to have my product if thats possible or refund me my $25 Please help!
