      First in 2020 went to dealer to lease A class. Put a 500$ deposit to hold vehicle - changed my mind and it was a headache to get the 500$ back that I was told was refundable. Shouldve learned ****** then. 2022 take my 2021 lease in for repair. Part is there. Then not there. Its this then its that. Best part - service advisor *************************** was not informative, not helpful and on top of it was rude and condescending. Will not give them anymore business. Very surprised that this is how ******** conducts business.Going back to *************** (*********) where staff provide true customer care and ********************** - and when ***** performs better than ******** that speaks volumes.

      I rarely take the time to write reviews but figured my experience with this dealership warranted a review. About a week ago I called to get more info on a G550 on their website. I spoke to a sales woman who said that it was no longer available, but she could put my name on a waitlist in case the deal fell through. I gave her my information and she said she would call me if anything changed. Fast forward five days later I see online that the banner changed from sold to available. (No one from the dealership called me to let me know it was available.) So I called the sales team and spoke to someone named Nicolina who said the first sale did not go through because the buyer did not show up to pick the car up. So they went on their waitlist and called the next available person in line. I said no problem, where am I in the waitlist? Turns out the first person I spoke to never put my info on the waitlist. Again I said ok no problem! Can I give you my info again in case the second buyer doesn’t show up to get their car on Saturday? Nicolina then puts me on hold, the line rings after about a minute and another woman picks up the phone. Rudely she says “Lindsey, I told you the car is not available” ... I said yes I heard that another buyer is expected to pick up the car on Saturday, but I just wanted to make sure I was on the waitlist in the event that the second buyer doesn’t come to pick up their car. Again very rudely she says “this is a solid deal, if anything changes we will let you know.” They don’t have my cell phone number and they have no way to get in contact with me. I have owned Mercedes for years and would expect to be treated with more respect especially when dealing with an $86,000 car. Truly cannot believe how I was treated. I felt like I was bothering them. If the sales team acts this way before purchasing I cannot imagine their attitudes after the sale. I will choose to stay away and take my business elsewhere. I would suggest the same to anyone else reading this.
