      On Oct 24, 2023, I contacted klymen.com, also known as Prime Electronics LLC “PE,” where Oleksiy Klymenko is listed as the CEO regarding a ****** ** *** *** 512GB that I had agreed to sell to them for $850.00. I shipped the device on Oct 16, 2023, using a prepaid shipping label supplied by “PE”. Upon contacting a representative named who identified himself as Alex Klymen (Klymenko), he stated that they did not receive the package and provided a tracking number for me to check. After checking the tracking number with ***, it was discovered that the device was deemed "lost," and a claim would need to be opened. On Oct 26, 2023, I spoke with "Alex" regarding the claim, and he submitted the value of the device as $850 to ***. However, I informed him that *** requested receipts for the value of the device, and as I was not listed as the sender, I was unable to provide them. I then emailed the requested documents to “Alex” on Oct 26, 2023, and he stated that *** would cover the cost of the device and send a check to “PE” for the cost, which would then be sent to me. On Nov 4, 2023, I reached out to “Alex” via email to request an update on the situation and mentioned that *** was stating I should have been paid by now, but I had not received any form of payment. His reply stated, “Please find the attached screenshot with the status of your claim. *** mailed us the letter, we will notify you as soon as we receive it.” Subsequently, on Nov 13, 2023, I spoke with ***, and they informed me that a check had been mailed to “PE” on Nov 3, 2023, and that they had received $112. Upon speaking with “Alex” during a recorded phone conversation, he informed me that I should have purchased insurance from *** and that this was outlined in their terms of service. However, this was not communicated to me prior to shipping the package or outlined in the terms of service.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  Klymen Electronics is providing multiple stories false information regarding this situation. I was told by Alex they never received the shipping per our conversation through emails, then when I spoke with Alex today, I was told the package was received and the box was empty, so they refused the package. Klymen Electronics posted on ***** ***** under a review I made that they were working with *** to resolve these issues however upon speaking with *** I was told that Klymen Electronics has not contacted them regarding this matter and as can be heard in the recorded phone conversation on 12.1.23 between myself and Alex he admitted that he has not contacted ***. Again, I ask that I am compensated for the original amount agreed upon between Klymen Electronics and myself for the sale of the device. As per Alex the package was received however, he rejected it with the assumption that it was empty. The package was weight prior to being shipped and the weight of the package never changed during the shipping process. I fear that this is a case of fraud on Klymen Electronics behalf.  Regards,  ******** ******

      If there is way for me to upload the  recorded phone conversation between this business and myself it would confirm everything I’ve stated in my claim. Based on the last conversation I had with Alex he stated he received the package and the box was empty so he gave it back to the *** driver. I have this full conversation recorded with him stating exactly what I mentioned. Aside from the screenshot of the response the company left under a review I left.

      It has been almost a month since I sent in ******. Said a check was sent two weeks ago. Reported that I had not received check, they said to wait longer. Waited still no check. They then asked for my ******, gave that to them, and then never responded again. Now I have been trying to contact them 3times and they aren’t responding. Totally frustrating because there is no way to get the money they owe me, and they aren’t responding.

      I sent Klymen my 2019 3rd generation **** **** they offered me $160 for it. They agreed to send me a check in the mail, I have proof of this email. I have all of the receipts for the transaction. It has been a week since then and my check has not come in the mail. I have emailed them several times and have called them atleaste a dozen times to no response. I still have no received my money for the tablet I sold them.

      I was given a price of 910.00 for my ***** phone and ***** watch. They received it on 12/9/2021. They have me a counteroffer of 770.00 I accepted. I've sent 4 emails no one has responded. I've called over 50 times no one answers. My money has not been deposited into my ******. I want my 770.00 ASAP

      I bought a phone there them and had it for a few days to realize the battery was losing charge way faster than suspose to. I started a return on the product and returned it. The phone got damaged is transit and they accused me of the one breaking the phone because there was no damage on the box. And then issued a 77 dollar refund when I paid 200 for the phone without my permission didn't ask if I wanted the phone back or nothing. When I ask for a full refund they say the same thing everything. When called to talk they called me stupid and idiot and other swear words. I feel like they are scaming me. Please help.

      Phone was returned with cracked screen, battery health is perfect. We issued partial refund as device was returned with physical damage.
