I had a pool installed in 2021 my pool was also installed terribly. The rails on one side are almost 3/4” from the side wall (the installer blamed me for not putting dirt against the wall 1’ high I was told by another installer never put anything against the wall because it will rust the pool) the installer didn’t use stainless steel fasteners as described, the liner is not even so my steps into the pool do not lay flat, the piece that holds the liner in place is missing for over 2’ (The owner said he ordered it last year but I never received it after many calls to him). I just opened the pool this year 2022 and all the fittings the hoses connect to are collapsed so I went to ace and they didn’t care since the pool was installed in 2021. I have written a review on ****** with pictures. Once you buy the pool your on your own. Jean did send someone out last year to check out the issues he told me he understands why I am upset but he has been told by The owner not to make comments about the issues. No customer service at all and this is the second pool I bought from ace. The installer Ace uses should never install another pool. The first pool lasted 25 years and that installer was amazing. I bought my hot tub from Ace swim & Leisure in Chili NY they only wanted the sale and they will not help the consumer after you buy a spa or Pool from them. I had to go to another hot tub place to get help with my hot tub that was leaking. The people at Ace are not nice people and they don’t care about you after you buy a pool or Hot tub from them. I go to another place to get all my chemicals cuz I will not give Ace in Chili NY anymore of my money, their chemicals are way more than other places. I wish I never bought my hot tub from them it’s very disappointing that you save up for something you always wanted than be so frustrated & mad at yourself that you bought from Ace in Chili NY. I now go to ****** Pools where a place that cares about the people. They where so nice and gave me couple of names of people that can help me out with my leaking hot tub. And the chemicals there were so much cheaper too. Please go buy your pool or hot tub and chemicals from another company. *** *******
