      I placed an order July 25, 2023 on August 21, 2023 got email saying delivered but there was no packed you can only email so I did so it too few days the responded with file I claim I did that a week later they said they had to file a claim than two weeks later got email saying they shipping company denied claim and there is nothing that can be done I email numerous of times to speak manager or supervisor they never allowed to speak to one

      I was lied to about the date my items were shipped out 3/11/2023, which caused them to run out of my selected product. I went back and forth with them about. All that that headache and never received none of my product. my order was over 500.00. now they are not trying to refund it. It’s been a headache from the time I started and still going on.

      On Jan 18th 2023 I order two swear dresses from this company. I ordered a size 1XL (12) for both, this is considered plus size. The reason I decided to order the 1XL is because in December of 2022 I order these same items in different colors, but one was an XL (10) and the other was 1XL (12) as stated on the website. So the 1XL size 12 fit, the XL does not. When I received the second order the the color was correct but the sizes were wrong that sent two XL (10). I went back to the website to make sure this wasn’t my error. I ordered the correct size, so I reached out to lovelywholesale immediately the same day via email. I explained to them the size was wrong, I updated pictures. I even showed them the tag sizes. They insist on telling me there all the same size the XL is a 1XL as stated in the email 1XL=XL. So they are try to convince me that a size 10 is also a size 12, when I can only fit the size 12 1XL. I’ve asked to exchange, I asked for a refund, but I’m going in cycles with different people telling me the size I order 1XL (12) is the XL (10). I sent them a screenshot of their own website stating it’s two different sizes. They need to either ship me Two dresses showing the correct size or refund me.

      I have been waiting for my order for 2 and a half months. When I try to track the order, it says delivery exception, or return scan, however I know as a fact nothing is wrong with my shipping information. The last tracking notice I got was 9 days ago. I’d like to know where my package is and why its taken almost 3 months to deliver. I have never had an issue like this with any other website or online clothing company, you guys would probably get a lot more customers if you didn’t take a billion years to get here

      I been going through this since November 9,2022. I sent their merchandise back on December 20,2022. They received it and still won’t refund me my money. They have no phone service it’s only email. It was a total of 6 items.

      I had ordered two 16' outdoor lighted Christmas trees. They had sent me 2 sets of string lights. It was about $75. Now they only want to give me $4.

      I ordered almost 200 dollars worth of clothes. Theu advertised free return shipping for first order. First off one shirt came with ink stains another came with holes. The clothes look nothing like they do online. Horrible quality. I emailed them about returning some items. I was told they would refund me for the shirt with the hole and the one with the stain. They told me they would refund me 20 dollars if I kept the items. I told them I want to return way more then 20 dollars worth of items. They told me to pay for return shipping and return the items. They said they will refund the shipping when they receive the items. That is false fraudulent advertising. I will not be paying return shipping because I guarantee they will not refund me. It's been 3 weeks and they haven't even refunded me the few dollars they said they would for sending me a shirt with a hole in it and another with ink stains.

      Ordered an ice cube maker from compantery.club for $43.97 including shipping cost on April 4, 2021. I was never emailed if the package was shipped so I had to track it just using the order number(*********** ).I’ve had no response to the multiple requests on information or refund. I’ve sent emails and there’s no number to call. The tracking shows that the package was last scanned in California on May 12. I did however receive a small package with the same number containing 2 face masks which were not ordered. Again I’ve emailed them several times to either get the item that was purchased or to get a refund and have heard nothing back.

      I purchased some items on March 23rd and a few weeks later I received a few of my items not all of them. I requested my money back for the missing items and they told me I was going to receive 142 dollars back however I got nothing when I reached back out to them I got no response. I opened a claim with PayPal and they are having issues with lovely whole sale as well. So this is why I am here filling a complaint
