Faber is very unprofessional. Their sales rep Frank is arrogant, rude and has no knowledge or professionalism. The warranty person, Anna, is very nasty and unpleasant and has zero customer service skills. The building process with Faber was a nightmare. They did not grade the backyard correctly, they tell you one thing in person and then when you need or request something, "it is your job to get it done." They give empty promises. At least Rich, Sang, and Bob know how to speak with the customers. The entire ******** ******* community hates Faber, and every neighbor has something wrong with their homes. Nothing is done on time and there is no consideration given when a homeowner asks for something or forgets to do something, Everything is about money, not one thing with this company is about customer service. The brother and sister of the company should not be the ones representing or making decisions. They are awful human beings. Frank and Anna sit on their high horses and talk down to people while they take their money. They way this two communicate with customers and homeowners while conducting business is disrespectful, inappropriate, judgmental, mortifying, demeaning, and unacceptable. They made the process very difficult and gave limited options to resolve conflict. The company is very uncooperative, complacent, condescending, manipulative, unresponsive, irresponsible, unaccountable, and not transparent at all.

I built a home with Faber homes Inc. During our rocky building process Faber failed to disclose tract restrictions on above ground pools. Due to them failing to disclose this we lost 7000 when we were made to remove our pool. We sued Faber in small claims and won a judgment of 3720. They are refusing to pay the 3720.
