I work in the engineering field and had the pleasure to work with Mr. Ploscowe. He communicates in such a healthy, effective, open manner. He's professional, courteous, and above all cares about you as an individual. It isn't just about finding the company an employee; it's about finding the right company for you as a candidate. I was contacted by EXEK Recruiters from one of my online applications for an engineering job. I found the team at EXEK both knowledgeable and friendly. I was asked specific questions relating to my qualifications and availability. This was my first time working with EXEK Recruiters and the process took approximately 1 month for me to be hired. Exek Recruiters are a wonderful service to work with. They take time to understand not only what your business does, but what the position entails, and what the culture is like with in the company and team. They gather feedback as we progress through the recruitment process and is very timely by way of feedback, turn around during the process and providing candidates, as well as ensuring that follow up is completed. They ensure that they are hitting the mark with candidates and have placed multiple new employees with our organization. I have worked with Exek for 10+ years, in multiple positions, with different companies, and hope to continue for many more!
