      If I could give this "company" a 0 star rating I would. TERRIBLE customer service. Placed an order on 1/4 and still have not received. Same complaints as the others. When you try to call you either get hung up on, disconnected, placed in a calling que of 14 then disconnected. IF you get a hold of anyone they will tell you the order is lost or strangely "has no tracking information". The company is a scam and should be shut down. DO NOT waste your time or money with this shady company. I have since filed a dispute with my CC company who is handling it on that end. If I had nothing but time in my life I would also sue them since I happen to know a good attorney......but why waste any more time on such a horrible company that is most likely ran out of someone's basement. I wish the BBB could shut them down.

      We apologize for your experience with this purchase and agree our communication needs to be improved. Your order was canceled and refunded in full. Upon processing your order we found a cosmetic defect with the machine. We attempted to outsource from the manufacturer who was sold out of this model. We are working on improving our systems and processes due to feedback from customers like you.

      Company representative promised a $1699 espresso machine was in stock and would ship before Christmas if I paid for 2-day shipping. Despite receiving a shipping confirmation, the item never shipped because it didn't exist in the company's inventory. The company's dishonest information caused me to spend hundreds of extra dollars to get a machine from another company in time, and Whole Latte Love's terrible customer service team was unwilling to make the situation right. Highly discourage customers from purchasing products through this company.

      Purchased a ***** **** ******* Espresso machine on 11/27. on 12/12 I called and there is still no progress on my order. They took my order, held it for weeks, never communicated unless I took the initiative to call and wait on hold (20+ minutes) to talk to someone. When I called they would tell me they lost my order, told me the sku didn't match, told me the order was lost in their warehouse, and any number of excuses, except actually completing and shipping the order. Ordered November 27th, and it's December 12th. They have $3300 of my money and haven't delivered a single phone call, let alone an espresso machine. Order still unfulfilled for a unit that was in stock! Honestly, the worst shopping experience from a company to date. Buyer beware. You will be treated like your order doesn't matter. Trust me. Buy somewhere else.

      This company is not recommended- please buy your espresso or coffee products from somewhere else. They will not honor the warranty, not respond to your emails and completely ignore you something goes wrong. Trust me and go else where for your coffee needs.

      I ordered an espresso machine from Whole Latte Love, after seeing their review on YouTube. It was $1049 at the time of purchase. On the day my machine arrived (one week later), I went to their website to look for a milk frothing pitcher. While there, I noticed the same machine was on sale for $749 ($300 less than what I paid a week earlier). I emailed to ask about a price match since they had lowered the price before my machine was even out of the box. They said no, price matches must be done at time of purchase. But this was a price match of their own price. Every company worth using will give you the difference if the price changes within a period of time (which varies from company to company, but almost always if within the first 7 days, which this was.) I was informed that I could return the unit, minus a 10% restocking fee, then re-purchase it at the lower price. So, instead of simply crediting back the difference (or even giving me store credit, which I would have been OK with), they wanted me to ship it back, then wait another week for the "replacement". And instead of the $300 difference, it would have only been $195 after the restocking fee. There was no wiggle room, no amount of common sense, nothing. It was more work on their part, too, as they'd have to refund my initial purchase, process a new purchase, receive the original unit, ship out another unit, etc. Their outdated and archaic "set in stone" policies cost everybody more time and money.
