Damage to the drivers side bumper of my ******** referred to Vinces by insurance company Given estimate timely and Vehicle taken in on Monday August 28 2023. Work was done in 2 weeks / Amazingly they deliver my ******* to my home. Office staff helpful and ****** was a jem to keep me informed. The owner is super nice! We were at another repair shop getting estimate and another customer who we didn't know told us about ***** Auto Body shop. That's how good they are. We are so glad we took the car to *****. They fixed the problem with rattling muffler so quick and easy. I highly recommend the good work here.Review from Yulia M

No one wants to be involved in an accident but my car being brought to ******* was the best thing that could have happened. ***** and his staff were the absolute best to deal with. They made everything so easy for me. I was able to stop by and they would show me my car and explain what was being worked on. They dealt with the insurance company for me and made the process so stress free. They went above and beyond, offering to give me a ride when I needed one. My vehicle was clean, inside and out, when I was able to come pick it up and I couldn't be more appreciative. They also do some mechanical work and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car to them in the future.Review from RALPH P

MY CAR WAS REPAIRED BY VINCES AUTO BODY AND THEY DID A REMARKABLE ***. IT WAS OUTSTANDING. HE TOOK CARE OF ALL MY NEEDS, CAR RENTAL AND THE *** WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER EVEN WITH A PARTS SLOWDOWN.Review from Kim D

Wonderful from the moment I walked in. Office staff very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The office helped me to secure a rental. My car looks better than it did before. Because of the craziness going on in the world, some of my parts were delayed. They kept me informed every step of the way. My repair cost were right where they said they would be. They dealt with my insurance company for me so I didnt have to play middle man. The whole staff were very professional and courteous. Great experience! This was my 1st time ever needing to use an auto body shop so I was nervous. The folks at ******* calmed my nerves and made the experience seamless.
