    They don't alow you what they say they do. when you call all you get is people with a Indian voice witches hard for some people's brains to prosses. They should have a conformation button that you can go back if you need to because they force you into a mistake they won't let you fix. and when you you call them they say their hands are tied. that is not right. they just want to not help. Also they will just pass you to others that have no power in the company.

    Terrible customer service over seas. ***** reported and captured from my employer is never updated on time. Over several months I have called and spoken to at least 17 supervisors who just read a generic script (which I now have memorized) that advises that the "enrollment team" will be reaching out. Nobody has ever contacted me via phone nor email regarding my concerns. Over the past two days I've had "supervisors" hang up or cold transfer my call only to start the whole process over. I never get any straight forward answers and no matter what your issue is they are going to tell you : " I AM SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE I WILL ESCALATE THIS TO THE ENROLLMENT DEPARTMENT. PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS FOR YOUR WAGES TO PROCESS." mind you, that was Wednesday. Today is Sunday! I will be contacting my employer and asking them to not use this service. When I try to tell rapid pay to close my account they tell me that only my employer can close the account which is also not true. I have contacted HR for my job and they have no idea how to close my account. My account isn't safe and I intend to let as many hard working people know this is a scam company with no real customer service.

    Rapid pay card steals money from your account by adding it on to other merchants bills. They decline all my major bill pays all of a sudden. The foreigners that answer dont/cant help you at all. There is no one else to call. Im so livid knowingly being ripped off and cant get help. I will have my money transferred to a real bank.

    They have refused to refund my money that my employer had stuck on my card I've been going through this with them for 2 months they have the worst customer service in the world they have yet to still return my money and I feel like something should be done I'm going to file a complaint every week until something is resolved with this company they are horrible

    Will not return money that was taken fraudulently and keep supposedly losing my dispute paperwork and the police report. This appears to be standard operating procedure. All phone agents give a different story before they disconnect you . I believe the company is fraudulent. My paycheck disappeared and they will not return the money.
