More lies to the consumer its on the way.Not per the ***** priority shipping Label created but has not been picked up.I might go for revenue lost due to non compliance to ship in a timely manor.I have lost 2 jobs waiting for these SPECIAL BUTTON HEAD ZIP TIES.How can a business stay in business with lie after lie after lie.

If you read the "About Us" page on the Vehicle Safety Supply website, you will notice the company states they "offer over ******" various items and have a "main warehouse is located in ******** with distribution points around *****************". I see no evidence of them having any warehouse at *************************************************************. And I can attest that the statement of "Fast Shipping in **" in the banner of their website is an absolute fallacy. I ordered an item reflected as in stock, only to find that it is a drop ship order. They stated the shipper (******) shipped withing 7 business days. On the 8th business day, with the order still showing as pending' I requested cancellation and refund. When told the tracking would be provided when the order shipped, I again demanded a refund. Amazingly enough, 30 seconds after that I receive tracking info. Although just the "Label Created" in the **** website. This STILL has not "shipped" since it has not yet been received at ****. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Tell your friends to avoid it. Tell those you dislike that it's great!

Worst company I have ever ordered from. They said it was going to be MARCH before I got my strobes I ordered in Jan. **** ordinary strobes I see every day. The guy on the phone had a North Eastern accent and was a complete jerk. I also still have not received a refund on my card over two weeks later.

Placed an order for 2 pieces totaling $8 with an $11.00 shipping charge. Got notification that 1 piece was 2 months back orders. Canceled that order. In the mean they shipped the $3.00 piece which would been used with canceled part. Had to remind them of the refund. Was informed there would no refund for part of the shipping since they charge a flat fee for shipping if it's one piece or multiple pieces. The problem have with this company besides the outrageous shipping charges, is their lack of inventory awareness.

I ordered a part on 10/23/22. I checked multiple times with this business about the order. I was given a tracking number on or about 11/01/2022. I was assured many times that it had shipped via ***** Every time I checked **** website the label was created but **** was waiting on the item.This is what the tracking shows:DATETIMELOCATIONSTATUS Nov 14:29 PMBuchanan, **, United StatesShipping label created, **** awaiting item.Today 11/8/2022 I talked with the sales manager. He blamed their supplier. He stated they have been in business for 12 years. I don't know why he stated that. Bottom line is I waited for this part, many phone calls. The manager said I could wait or give me a refund. I took the refund. The big complaint is that the item did not ship, I was told many times that it had. If I could give zero stars I would. Their website states 5-7 days for delivery.

This is the worst company Ive had to deal with in my life. Ordered on 10/26/22. 10 days later still not shipped. Paid like $12 for shipping. So after 10 days I called to see what was going on. I was told that they could give me an estimate ship date which was 11/07/22.(12 days) So I asked can my order be canceled. I was put on hold and then told they could go ahead and ship it that day. Waited 2 days later to find out that they still didnt ship it they only printed a label. Will never order here again. Wish I could gave them a negative 5 stars
