I went to this dealership as a first time buyer. The salesman I worked with was Felix R******. I told him my maximum budget, he came in over that and refused to negotiate. He told us the price of the vehicle was X, with two warranties added with it and assured me this was standard and he could not remove anything or lower the price. Me being a naive 26 year old, again first time buyer, thought this was normal and the best I could get. As I signed some paperwork, not a contract, he told me I was not being locked in because I was not taking the car home that night. After returning home and speaking with friends, family and my bank they began to explain that the information he provided was incorrect and he was being deceptive and lying. The bank informed me that what Felix was doing was called payment packing. Payment packing is when a car dealer presents a much more inflated monthly payment to the customer during the negotiation process when buying a car. Before presenting the initial payments to the customer. From speaking to other salesman they notified me that the dealer can mark up financing 2 points for anything over 72 months, which is exactly what he did to me. After coming to the realization I contacted Felix and told him I needed some time to think, this is a big commitment and I need to make sure I could financially survive with this payment. Once I told him this he started to use bullying tactics such as telling me my credit would be forever ruined, refused to return the title of the car I was planning on trading in as well as my registration and my check and would not provide me with a copy of the documents I signed. He then got very angry with me and his manager Ronnie stepped in. After speaking with Ronnie who was very kind and understanding he confirmed that Felix was giving false information and even got the payment lower than what I said my maximum was. I wanted to have a great first experience and would have signed on the car no problem if Felix had done things the ethical way. After leaving the dealership Felix proceeded to post on ******** about the situation in a very unprofessional manner. DO NOT go to this salesman. Deceitful, lying, unethical, greedy man.
