            Pattern of Complaint:

            On March 26, April 22 and May 12, 2020, BBB attempted to contact NAL Group regarding a high volume and pattern of serious complaints. BBB has received complaints in the past 36 months alleging  the delivery of merchandise not being made at the scheduled date and time and then being told delivery was attempted but nobody was home, often times while the consumer is home and waiting.

            BBB notified NAL Group about the pattern of complaints and asked the business to voluntarily cooperate in eliminating the pattern by providing a written response outlining the specific steps it would implement to avoid similar complaints in the future.

            As of June 8, 2020, NAL Group has not responded regarding the pattern of complaints. BBB has concerns about NAL Group’s business practices and urges consumers to use caution based on their complaint activity and lack of responsiveness.

              Our freezer broke in August 2023 and had to be replaced and installed. ********* contracted with NAL/CRST Home solutions, to complete the install. THEY ARE ABSOLUTE TRASH! It has taken over a month to have a replacement freezer installed -- and it is still not installed. Not only did their guys not show up on the confirmed dates, but when the did show up they were HOURS late. Their guys also walked off the job 2x-- the first time in August (after improperly installing the freezer and breaking the installation kit) and the second time 2 weeks later in Sept. when he didn't have an installation kit. The supervisors are LESS than helpful and will keep you chasing your tail. They are not accountable for ANYTHING and will consistently refer you back to the manufacturer who assigned your matter to them -- who similarly do NOTHING. I have spent several hours over the past month calling, talking to agents who can do nothing, supervisors (Christopher B****) who are the most incompetent individuals I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with, dispatchers who call from a google burner number and installations techs who ghosted us. And still trying to get this resolved. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I need to job finished-- so either finish the job or have this reassigned to a company that will!

              NOTHING BUT A WASTE OF TIME!!!! Unprofessional, no accountability, and just a dumpster fire of a company. I was given three separate dates for my delivery, which I had to rearrange my schedule for, and the company still couldn't get my delivery done in the window THEY gave me. I called the company numerous times and of course I was told "it'll get there by 3 pm". Well, 3 pm has now come and gone and still....NOTHING. I called ***** no answers. Called the delivery company, got to the option to speak to a representative, rang once and the call was ended from the company side. None of the representatives I have actually spoken to have consistent answers. HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS? All this company has done is just blow smoke up my skirt and given me the run around time and time again. **** needs to stop doing business with this "delivery service" because all it's doing is just burning bridges for ****. It blows my mind how these people have managed to stay in business for 29 years. BURN IT TO THE GROUND!
