I have reached out to this business SEVERAL TIMES. Every single time I get told I’m going to receive a call back shortly. I’ve asked to a resolution and no one is giving me one. The night of the messed up order I asked for a resolution including bringing the food back that night at that time when we got home and realized the order was messed up. I got told then by a male to call back around 11 the next day and ask for Robin and Rob. He said he wasn’t a manager and there wasn’t one for the night so he couldn’t do anything for me. Called the next day a little after noon. Got told I would receive a call back after the lady got in contact with the owner. Never got a call back so touched base that evening. Got told the owner had a doctors appt and she was awaiting the owner to call her back. Nothing the remainder of the night. Tried the next day. Twice. Got the run around again. 3 days in a row I got a run around that I would receive a call back with a resolution. When I called and placed the order originally I got like to about the price. Didn’t find out until pick up. Food wasn’t that hot. Wings that were suppose to be honey BBQ had a very strong amount of hot sauce on them. They were for a party of little kids. They were so hot my daughter ended up throwing up in some of the food because she choked and it made her sick. Cheese on pizza wasn’t hot at all as well as over cooked. Over all the food was literally a 1/10. There was as a guy who walked out the kitchen who didn’t appear to work there and didn’t get any one out of the kitchen when I went to pick up the food so I stood there for 5 minutes. That raises a very huge concern for that food I took home that night from the beginning. If he did work there then he should have told someone I was out there but instead he sat down and started drinking. The lady that was working proceeded with attitude and mouth when I brought it all to her attention. Price also chanted again as she was using my form of payment.Business response

BBB spoke to Michelle, manager, at business and the following was relayed:The customer was originally unhappy that the prices were different from the menu. We are currently in the process of getting new menus with updated prices, but the menus we have state that prices are subject to change without notice. The customer yelled at our employees before leaving. Approximately 2 hours later the customer called back stating she got hot wings and not honey-garlic. Our policy is that there are no refunds unless the food is brought back. The customer did not bring back any food nor offer to.
