      I have contacted this company ********* **** for two wks now to find out out the status of my reloan. I have called, emailed and left chat messages but no response from them. I had a previous loan from them and paid it back successfully. Should I not be informed of the status of my loan whether I'm approved or not? Bad business ethics.

      An application for this client was received over the weekend incomplete, an email has been sent out requesting client to provide and updated statement once the requested information has been received we can complete the request.  please note no emails were received during these first 10 days of October the last email was September 30th which was replied to

      I have gotten and paid a loan back with this company, I have tried numerous times to contact them since then and cannot reach them through email nor via phone. If a voicemail is left, I don't receive any type of call back and any time an email is left I continuous get an email back stating it's undeliveravle. There is no customer loggin section either. How is this business in operation if it doesn't interact with it's customers? I'd just simply like a proper link to their proper website sent to my email, seems as if they'd not like to have repeat customers?

      The last loan we issued was March 2022 although it was paid back with each applications there after the criteria for a new loan was no longer met based on the condition of the bank statement submitted, we have replied to the client each time to confirm this.

      Hi, I'm not familiar with the process of disputing a businesses response to my complaint. However the business I put a complaint in about stated that they have in fact responded to me. However I have not ever received a response from them as they stated. I could prove this by searching my emails recieved in my inbox and not one is from them. I could screenshot this as proof. Not to mention that they list a phone number but clearly isn't monitored as any time I've tried to call there is no answer and when I've left voicemails they are never returned. *** sent emails to the email address they provide on their site and when doing so I received multiple times that it's undeliverable and it's an unknown *********************** ******** it did indeed work back in March I believe when I did in fact recieve a loan, however now it's impossible to reach this company via email or phone. So my issue was not resolved whatsoever, and they in fact did not tell the truth that they've reached out to me, when in fact the last I've ever heard from them was when I had my first contact with them in March. What can be done from this point on? I feel them lying in their response isn't proper business etiquette whatsoever.

      For the past year I have loaned from this company with no issues. I have never been late for a payment ever. So this month they took out my payment for the loan I had in may a day before my payday so I got nfc fee of 45$. I once again applied for this month and I haven’t heard back from them. This screwed up my bills because I have to reloan to survive. I have contacted many times and no responses. Just disappointed in the company because I had no issues until this month

      I applied for a loan with this company, I heard nothing from them, all of a sudden I get n email saying funds will be deposited in my account in 24 hrs. Anyway the funds went into my account, so I emailed them and told them I no longer need the loan and I want to pay it back. No response. Several more emails sent and no response. I’ve called numerous times as well which is pointless. I’ve received no contract to know what amount and when I pay it back. I want some information and if they are withdrawing money it better be in Canadian funds. I will be blocking them from my account after this. I have no time for games. All I have received is in the pictures I have uploaded.

      Our overdue specialist already contacted the client giving options to repay the loan given the client request to pay earlier then the due date the client sent in the e-transfers and to pay the loan February 22nd 2022 the loan is paid in full the client file will be closed to avoid further issues in the future

      The first time I borrowed money they took the funds from my account early and in US funds even though they loaned me Canadian funds. I phoned and they sent me a $38 refund and told me to ignore the loan Email for a loan they never gave me. All legitimate online payday loan companies require ones banking information but after the first loan. They used this information to steal about $500 from me. They do not exist at either of the addresses they advertise online. The other one is 1623 Military Road (provided by Niagara Falls Police) the money they take from people must go into an account somewhere. This account must be identified and frozen).       Client has been loaning a couple of times there was an issue which was rectified.  The address is provided in the websites etc we will contact again to inquire on the true nature of the inquiry

      I took out a payday loan. From my cash cow now. Firstly they put the money in my account without me signing. Secondly they tried taking the payment out the day before my pay date causing me nsf fees of $45. 00. Thirdly it was a $200.00 loan. And the amount the tried to take was $267.50. Um a little more then it should be. I live in ontario. I have tried to contact them by email. Keeps coming back undelivered. I even replied to them from the email they sent me to let me know my loan bounced. No ****. Tried to contact them. And that email was returned undelivered . So now I'm worried they will try yo take money out without my authorization. Which really they did in the first place as I had not signed anything. So did not know the amount or date in which. This would come out. And I would have seen that and had it corrected. I want them to reduce the loan amount to $230.00 as per ontario law. And reimburse me my $45.00 nsf fees I had incurred because of their payment early NOT on my payday. Which they ask when you get paid.

      Hi there, Today ***** **** cash otherwise known as planet loan inc withdrew money from my new account for the amount of 125 with out authorization , which in turn is theft i immediately emailed them telling them to send the money back and im ignored. There was 0 authorization given for this to happen and has now put me in a bind

      There was a note in our system that client had agreed upon a settlement to be sent via Email transfer July 17th 2019 however it was not honored.

      Client re applied and signed new updated Pre-Authorized debit & loan agreement documents via Electronic signature emails were sent to confirm there were overdue payments not paid and no further attempt to pay was made by the client we will discontinue debits to the account until this matter is resolved by the client

      There was no agreement to pay the debt as i had declined and am not in a position to be able to pay it off  , and even if i applied and sign a pad agreement it still isnt legal to debit the amount from an old debt without my knowledge or agreement so i would like the amount of 125 returned or i will be further pursuing as it is not right. Youre talking about two different situations. Return the money it is theft

      We have several emails going back and forth providing the client with all required information, agreement was reached and client didn't honor the agreement 

      As per New updated and signed PAD and esign agreement we debited the account client was advised to make arrangements even then nevertheless we have suspended the client file moving forward NO DEBITS nor CREDITS will be set up to the account.

This is now Sat. And I have not received the proceeds I have left them numerous messages and they will not get back to me. What can I do?

      This client had overdue loan payments and was declined on this bases after what seemed to be an accepted payment Oct 27th the client was loaned and there after the accepted payment was reversed by this client making the overdue loan unpaid and now under this false sense a new loan now overdue.

      On Oct.2nd, 2021, I received a loan via *****************. I agreed to repayment on the 20th of Oct. 2021, This being the date my disability was directly deposited. On the morning of Oct. 19th, knowing I had left about $45.00 in my account I went to the grocery store only to have my purchase declined. Upon looking into to it, I discovered that ***************** had put their repayment through a day early not only eating up my $45.00 but also leaving my account in a negative balance. As well as, my bank charging me a $48,00 NSF fee. I attempted to contact them immediately via *******@***************** as it is stated on their website three different times only to receive back an email from Mail Delivery Subsystem - [email protected] stating " Your message wasn't delivered to *******@***************** because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." I then called the number that had me leave a voicemail to which no one responded. Through research I discovered Planet Loan Inc was also ***** **** ****. I then emailed *******@****************** (provided on website), sent a message using their message form (numerous times) and also called their number again to leave a voicemail. All in an attempt to tell them they had the wrong date and it needed to be corrected. I've heard zero back, except of course an email from *******@***************** telling me my payment was returned. Bad business! I not only was left embarrassed at the grocery store, but now have paid a NSF fee through no fault of my own and have an unpaid loan against my credit. They need to take responsibility for their mistakes.

      I inquired about a loan a few months ago, but got denied and did not authorize any payments as no documents were signed. I also didn't receive any loans from them, but yet they keep taking money from me. I am currently on ******* Disability, and I am certain that this site is fraudulent.

      Client had overdue loans and as per updated PAD and e sign agreements signed on the last applications clients loans were re activated we notified the client several times via email and urged payment arrangements to be made we will have our overdue specialist contact the client once more.
