My daughter has received counseling services from the above mentioned business since June of 2020. Due to the State of Emergency in ***, because of COVID-19, my insurance company has waived co-pays. I have spent ****** in copays to *****, since June of 2020. I have had all the claims reprocessed by my insurance company and I have asked that the remaining 7 claims be reprocessed (I called insurance company on 7/19/21). I have requested receipts for my copays paid, so that I can cross reference them with claims processed and I was denied this request. I sat down and went through all my bank statements and emailed with the date of service and the date paid by my bank and was told that I only have a credit of ******. This is very far from my total of ******. The claims have been reprocessed and paid at 100% by my insurance company. ***** has not been diligent in their replies to me and has submitted inaccurate claims to my insurance.
