I brought my **** into have it looked at because it was sputtering when I tried to drive and I wanted this issue fixed. The **** people claimed it was my motor and said the best option to fix the issue would be to change the motor. So he told me it would take anywhere up to three weeks to get the motor and one week to put it in. I said ok thinking this would give me time to save up the 10000 needed for a new motor. It was finished five days after that phone call it took me from October 4th to January 4th to pay them a total of 12260.00 and get the truck back they were so rude telling me they aren't a financing company and I was being charged storage fees. I get the truck back and it's doing the same thing. It stalled on the way home, all the fluids are empty it's missing the dipstick for my oil and it's Sputtering I still can't drive it. Upon calling them about this issue they told me, I asked for a new motor and they are not a financing company I asked them regardless of how long it took me to pay them they didn't fix the problem, i was upset so i told them id be in to see them but instead im writing you because this is ridiculous and they embarrass me when I just paid 12000$ in three months! Not only did they not fix the problem they basically returned my truck in worse condition.. please help!Business response

To whom it may concern: We understand your concern but please note that when your vehicle repairs were completed it drove perfectly fine with no codes or issues. Please note that the vehicle sat for a couple of months after being repaired while you made payment arrangements and this could be the issue. However, when we spoke with gentlemen who was our point of contact, we told him that we would be happy to look at the vehicle and if it was a workmanship issue we would fix it at no cost to you and we would cover the tow bill to get it to us. Since that conversation, we haven't heard back nor have we received the vehicle back so that we diagnose what the issue is. We are happy to help, but we can't assist if you don't supply us with the vehicle. Please contact **** ****** at your earliest convenience so we can come to a resolution about your vehicle. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. The issue isn't the motor and was not the motor when I brought it in it was the sputtering which it is still doing I'm not complaining about the workmanship I'm complaining that the original issue I brought the truck in for was not resolved Regards, ******* *********Customer response

I'm not upset with the workmanship I'm upset they sent me back with the same problem I came in I would like them to fix the main issue so they changed the motor I paid a lot of money I wanted the problem solved not a new motorBusiness response

I just received word from our Service Manager that the vehicle was returned to the dealership for us to take a look at. I was also told that the issue has been resolved and we have come to terms with the gentlemen who has been our point of contact. The issue was not a workmanship issue and was the result of a failing battery and a part that we were instructed to re-use during the repair. As promised, we will be covering the tow bill and we are also covering the labor in good faith. We now view this issue as being resolved. Thank you for allowing us to make things right.
