The website stated it was 119$ for the first month, that's what the cart said as well, so I entered in my card information and complete purchase. The website then popped up and said promotion not available, but the website kept processing and charged my bank account 389$. Which is a far cry from the introductory price and I wouldn't have continued on with the purchase if not forced to. There is no option in the account to cancel the order. I will be doing a charge back or incorrect charge with my bank if my order isn't changed to the 119$ or refunded and cancelled completely. They also only have a web form to contact the company not a direct mode of contact.Customer response

6 days ago, I used a groupon to make an order. The groupon discount was removed after the order was placed. I was charged a different amount than advertised. I contacted you via email to resolve this. You said you'd reply within 1 business day. You have not replied. Give me my money back.Initial Complaint

Ordered the semaglutide and within hours was vomiting and then blood. Company wont even refund.Customer response

I was on a auto pay monthly script for Semiglutide. A medication for diabetes. When I enrolled in the program, they explained how a lot of people have side effects which makes it not possible to use the medication. After I received my first course, I had most of the side effects that they said were possible. I contacted them and they told me to not increase the dose as initially recommended. So I did just that and still had the symptoms. Without telling me, they went ahead and ordered up the second months prescription and charged my account. I went in and discussed with the doctor about my side effects and we decided that I should not be on it. they said they would then refund the payment. But they have not done so and after many conversations with their customer service, they claim they have refunded me and pretty much closed the case. They told me that it might have been a problem with my bank, in which case I contacted my bank and they said they never received any notice from them. I asked them to send me an invoice of some record of where the funds were refunded and they never would do that and stopped communicating with me. It was suppose to be refunded on November 16th into account ending in **** ************* ************, **).Customer response
