      I ordered two watches as I couldn't decide between the two. I understood before purchasing that I'd be returning one of them and knew of all associated restocking fees, etc.I started the return process by email and they said it would be no problem, just make sure to send it back requiring a signature because they've "been having problems receiving packages lately." Should have been red flag #1.So I sent it and paid extra to require a signature. It arrived and *** tracking said it was signed for. I patiently waited a few weeks for the money to show up in my account. Finally I emailed them asking the status. No reply to the email. I eventually called. A guy answers souding very flustered. He said he'd get back to me in an hour. He ended up emailing me back (the same email chain that went unanswered) saying: "Can you open a claim / investigation with ***?It appears as the package was never delivered to our location, and they logged in the name on their own."Nice little scam they got set up there. If they truly were having problems getting packages they would have the post office hold them, or proactively resolve it somehow so your customers don't get screwed. I do a lot of returns and shipping and only have had an issue with this place...The watch I did keep I wear everyday out of my 15 or so watches. I like the watch but I almost hate wearing it because of this experience.Now I'm trying to file a claim with ***, which has been a hassle, and if it even works I probably won't even get half the value. Avoid this place or at least be very careful.

      I bought an automatic dive watch from Deep Blue. I spent enough that I should have received a watch that kept accurate time. The watch did not keep time. I am losing up to 16 minutes a month. I contacted the company to see if they could help me and they said they could not. They suggested I take it to a local watch shop for repair. I told them I would expect the company to stand behind their products but they do not. Beware of Deep Blue.

      I have no experience with the service level of the company itself, however I am very satisfied with their product. I bought my Master **** Automatic in 2017 and it has performed flawlessly since. I wear it 24/7, everywhere; swimming, diving, in the shower etc, It looks nice, it works fine and I have never had to do any kind of repairs or even have to wind it up. As new, it was a bit on the fast side, adding about five minutes in a week, Today, five years later it has slowed down a bit, pretty much the same amount: 5 min/7 days. As it is my first automatic watch, my guess is that it is time for a service and lubrication. Given the comments here, I am a bit leery to go to the manufacturer for this, and I will probably look for somewhere more local to where I am (*******, **).

      I have been looking to purchase my first watch from Deep Blue watches. I have observed something that I was merely curious about from their watches on the website. This is regarding the water resistance depth description on the watch dial. One particular model (Daynight Patriot) shows the depth description as "300M/990FT". While on other particular model (Daynight Commander) shows the depth description as "300M/1000FT". ---Show I initiated a conversation through Deep Blues website chat service to ask them why there is this difference in depth descriptions on their watches. The Deep Blue representative response was "Are you kidding?"And then blew me off and said goodbye. I then proceeded to make a phone call to Deep Blue customer service line. The same individual answered the phone and was quite upset at my question and angerly asked me to "NEVER CALL AGAIN!" and to "NEVER BUY ANY OF OUR WATCHES!". I asked him why he was treating me this way. He refused to listen and have a grown up conversation about their products and he hung up on **** am stunned by this level of unprofessionalism in customer service. Sadly, this experience has left me questioning whether or not to ever purchase a watch from them. Bummer cause I still do like what I see in there products. But a great customer service goes hand in hand with the quality of a business products.
