    Pop up veneers did the worst job Im so disappointed and dissatisfied they did couple remakes that was very poor one remake even came broken very cheap my money was stolen because they did the worstest job on them I will keep putting reviews here everyday until I get my money back this is unfair I tried sending them back but they didnt want them I recommend to all people who want good done veneers to go somewhere else because these people **** very horrible job I would never ever again count on them share this review everyone that has been scammed out of your hard working money I was one

    My first pair fell apart within 2 months so I ordered one other pair just the top part and it fell apart a little over a month and the business will not help me out I've spent almost $1,000 with them to no avail. I will never ever get anything from them again!

    Each pair of Pop On Veneers is fully handcrafted and custom-made for every customer. To clarify, the warranty upon receiving your original pair is 30 days; however, we offer up to two remakes, with the 30-day warranty period restarting after the first remake. The reason for this time frame is that any fitting or cosmetic issues are typically evident within the first 30 days of wear.

    After that period, it becomes difficult to determine the circumstances surrounding any damage, as factors outside our control such as handling, cleaning, or wear habits can affect longevity.     Im a Veteran, I spent my money with them received the teeth they did not fit, I was out of town when they came in. I called them about it explained to them they did not fit. They would not allow me to send them back i spent all that money on some teeth I could not wear. I don't not recommend this company to anyone. They also was very rude about it. I still have them in the box never wore them. Only tried them on. I was very disappointed in this company

    To clarify, all Pop On Veneers orders are covered under our 30-day warranty, which includes up to two remakes if you experience any fitting or cosmetic concerns. The 30-day period begins once the original veneers are delivered, and restarts upon receipt of the first remake. This timeframe allows us to identify and resolve any issues as quickly as possible to ensure a comfortable and accurate fit.

    According to our records, your veneers were delivered on May 12, 2025, and our team received your first contact on June 30, 2025, which was outside of the warranty period. We also did not locate any prior email correspondence regarding this issue. While our team aims to uphold these policies consistently to ensure fairness to all customers, were sorry if our communication came across as anything other than respectful and professional.

    Scam do not order from them. The veneers in person looks like Halloween plastic teeth. Then they refuse to fix their mess. I want a full refund because there is no way I will this mess in public

    I ordered pop on veneers and elected to return the product because I would rather keep the smile God gave me. I was told to submit a return claim and when I tried to do so, the reason for my return was not one of the pre-populated selections so it would not allow me to submit. I email the customer support and explained this to them, but they indicated that I needed to select on the the pre-populated reason although in doing so I would have been make a false claim in reference to WHY, I was returned the product. I returned the product just days after receiving in June of 2025. I used affirm to pay and I am still getting charged for a product that was returned. I was told by affirm I needed to contact pop on veneer. In the meantime, I am getting hit with late fees and threatening to be turned into credit bureaus. Since I returned the product unused, I can surmise it was put back in stock for resale which increases the company's bottom line because they are charging me for a product that they received back unused, but is still having Affirm to charge me as if I kept their product...Affirm is just the middle man, they do not know the wiser. I am requesting that Pop-On Smiles / Pop On Veneers or whom ever the company now goes by, kindly send refund payment to Affirm for a product that I returned to them in it's original packaging. It has been nearly 4 months and there has not been a **********. ******** *******

    I got *********** a pair. She never received the full set. I received a full set that the top never fit correctly. The reviews saying you can eat with them are all lies!!! The food gets underneath them from the gap they have in the back of them. Even my bottoms that fit perfect, they all have the gap. This not only gets food under them but the food forces the veneers to start pulling loose and coming off. This is extremely difficult and embarrassing. To top that off the veneers dent up and get caved in on parts of them while chewing. The chewing with them in eventually causes the veneers to thin and get holes in them. This only takes a few months of wear rarely attempting to eat while wearing them. They do not look real right from the beginning. I wish Id just gotten partial dentures or even just had my teeth pulled and gotten a full set of dentures. It wouldve been not only cheaper but wouldve at least looked more realistic and been able to actually truly ate with them without them coming off and causing trouble. Dentures wouldnt get wore out and holes in them from chewing either. I spent $3200 for the two sets I bought and I might as well had used that money as matches to start a fire. Theyre completely and utterly useless. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME, MONEY AND DESPAIR AND GO SOMEWHERE THAT HAS REAL VENEERS!!! YOU WILL 100% ****** MAKING THIS PURCHASE IF YOU DO MAKE IT!! Im 59 years old and have bought a lot of junk in my life but this is by far my biggest purchase regret and is the most trashiest worst c*** Ive ever in my life purchased!!! This is saying A LOT when considering all the honest to goodness c*** I unfortunately purchased throughout my life. Again dont buy this plastic waste of money. My sister bought a kit for under $30 to make her own and it took her about 10 or so tries but hers look better and work better than the ones we paid $3200 for and are a h*** of a lot cheaper. Just buy some st Temu youll be glad you did in the end I guarantee it!

We never want our customers to feel regretful about their purchase, and we are truly sorry that your veneers did not meet your expectations.

    That said, we do need to remain consistent with the policies outlined in our Pop On Promise, which were agreed to at the time of purchase and with each remake request. The policy requires that a remake or return form be completed within 30 days of receiving the veneers. In your case, a remake was selected, but more than six months later a request was submitted for a return due to recent dental work. Unfortunately, this fell well outside the warranty period.

    While our team did their best to provide multiple accommodations, including additional prepaid return labels shipped to your home, the veneers were never returned to us. Because the product has remained in your possession for over 8 months, the account is no longer eligible for a remake or return under our policies.

    Please understand that we are committed to working with you and have made multiple efforts to review and address your concerns. We recognize this is not the resolution you were hoping for, and we regret that we are unable to move forward differently. If you have any additional questions about your account, we would be happy to provide further clarification.

    Not only were these delivered and did not fit my teeth. One of the teeth went onto my tongue, and then my front teeth had extra teeth that didnt even belong there and then they only refund you partial of your money. Thats ridiculous. Theyre stealing from people.

    Terrible experience. They sent 2 remakes and still the same outcome for the bottoms. Then I asked for an extra top veneer being I paid for a set. They refused . The top broke. Very cheap material. So basically I paid over 500$ for just a top veneer.

    You mentioned that the bottom remakes did not fully resolve the issue, as they still feel bulky and scrape your tongue. To address this, you are requesting an additional top veneer instead of a bottom veneer. You confirmed that the top veneer fits well and emphasized that this is an additional piece, not a remake.

    We had requested your smile photos for visual reference so we could investigate further what might be causing the issue with the bottom veneers. However, you politely declined to send photos for privacy reasons and stated that you only want an additional top veneer now, not a complimentary bottom remake.

    At this point, you have already received two remakes under our standard policy, and because your request falls outside the scope of the Pop On Promise and your top veneer is outside the 30-day warranty period, we are unable to provide the additional top veneer.

    While this is not the outcome you were hoping for, please know that our team carefully reviewed your case and our decision is final in order to remain fair and consistent with our policies.

    Horrible just horrible, I think we need to come together a file a class action law suite there are plenty of lawyers that will take our case, 3 pair that are broken into peices, I over it!!!! spent so much money for this horrible product.

    I regret having to leave THIS particular review because I've had some good experiences withe company, their product, and their customer service... in the past. - However, my mist recent order was returned to the company due to anaddress mixup. - They contacted me for address correction... which I supplied. The next informed me that a request was in for re-shipment the the corrected address... that I'd receive a tracking # via email once shipped. - But, NO confirmation of re-shipment and NO tracking # ever came. - ***** a dozen email regarding this matter... no response. - Tried calling them,,, NO one answers, just a video message directing you to their website. And, once at the website their online customer service available. - My first two years of dealing with them were great. - But, this latest experience was sadly disappointing... and leaving me no other option than to find a new company that provides similar service (with better customer response). - MORE IMPORTANT... I'd like a REFUND of my $207.45 in regards to a product that I've NEVER RECEIVED!!!
