3/12/2021- I paid $2599 for private tutorting sessions for my daughter by credit card. Within 10 days of paying and numerous attempts by my daughter to set up sessions unsuccessfully, we decided this was not a workable situation and I requested for a full refund on 3/22/2021. On 3/29/2021, the company sent an email saying they were issuing a "credit note" for $2599 and that it could take from **** months for it to process through my credit card. I contacted my credit card company who said we had to follow the company policy and wait for the 12 months. I continued to monitor my card for a refund and never received any. When I contacted the company on 4/3//2022 they said they were struggling financially and would make small progress payments to pay down the obligation. I contacted ********* and they told me they could not help me with a resolution. The company paid down $740 in April/May but since they have not paid anything nor are they responding to me.Customer response
