1 starThe company tried to keep ~25% of my money when I called to cancel a flight. I was within 24 hours of booking, but they said that "it takes time" to process a cancellation and that I was calling too close to the 24 hour ***** They sent me a proposed refund amount, that requested that I accept a partial refund" which I refused. I fought with the guy (******) for about 20 minutes until he finally relented saying that they would refund my money in ***** days!! And I think that's only because I told him that I was recording the call and that I would dispute a partial refund, since it was counter to DOT guidelines.Flightsassist

1 starMy wife called what she thought was Celebrity to get some information on a cruise we wanted to book. *** ***** (question if that is his real name) who was NOT a Celebrity agent, gave her a price for the cruise which included all gratuities, was a Veranda stateroom, and required a $652 deposit. She gave *** our credit card info for the deposit. We had to send an email confirming the cruise we were booking. When I checked our bank, I noticed the charge for the $652, but also noticed a change for $500! The $652 was paid to *********** and the $500 was paid to Celebrity. Also we noted in the small print the $652 deposit was non-refundable and non-disputable. Further, when I checked the Celebrity account of our booked cruise, I discovered we were not credited the $652, we were not booked for a Veranda stateroom (it was an ocean view selected by Celebrity), and no mention of gratuities included. *** ***** is non-responsive to calls or emails. 1 starIt happens yesterday that my friend to rebook his flight supposed to be leaving on June 27, some instances that he needs to leave yesterday or next day flight due of emergency back home. He booked at ASAP ticket while searching the phone number of ASAP ticket this number prompt to us and they start asking about the travel details his personal information like birthday, address, email address then that Mr.******* ** he is the one who spoke to us back and front, then he change my friend flight and we believed its legit! we paid CAD 2780 for the said changes and he said wait for the e-ticket and it will send it thru email.while packing my friend luggage they sent an email that I need to call him **** regarding about the booking Me.******* said that the airline cancel his flight for that day and now asking to buy a new ticket again so it sounds fishy to me so I insist that that is not our fault! the airline cancelled it and we need our money back! he said that ticket is non refundable but he said he can return only $1500 because of the ********** it is really frustrating and wasting our money and we lost CAD 1280 for the said penalty! now Im waiting for my refund he said it will takes 3-4 days to appear to my account! Be aware of this flight assist and they are using different numbers like NY, and within ** but they are all Indians because of their accent! and I knew how they can communicate! and you can tell it as well all SCAMMERS!!!!!Flightsassist

1 starTHIS IS A SCAM!!! On July 22, 2024, I canceled my trip with *********** due to compelling medical reasons. During the cancellation process, I contacted what I believed to be ***********, but it has come to my attention that I was speaking to an agency that represented itself as such. While on the call, I was informed that I would be charged $300 to retain a travel credit, and I was assured that this credit would be valid for one year.When I attempted to utilize this credit on May 28, 2025, I was informed that it could only be applied to the base fare of a new flight, with me being responsible for any accompanying taxes. Subsequently, an amount of $989 was debited from my checking account, only for me to later be notified that my credit had expired in April 2025. (WHICH WAS LESS THAN ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF BOOKING) I have retained a copy of the email correspondence from your company indicating that the credit was indeed valid for one year. This misrepresentation, coupled with the improper expiration of my credit and the subsequent unwarranted charge, constitutes a breach of consumer trust and a potential violation of applicable consumer protection ******** WILL BE REPORTED TO EVERY AGENCY POSSIBLE. 3 starsI am having an incredible frustrating experience with Flights Assist. My issue goes back to September 11, 2024, when I called ********** to inquire about their pending strike. I spoke to a person who I believe was an ** agent. I had 2 air tickets and was concerned about the strike and wanted to consider other options. This person, who I believe was from **, told me he could cancel my ** tickets and I would get my refund within 5 to 10 business days. He promised refund would arrive and I agreed, based on his promise, to purchase 2 West jet tickets and cancel ** tickets. I needed the ** refund to pay my cc card as I could not carry the cost of 4 tickets. Well, after 3 months of talking with these people I am still waiting for my refund. Currently 2 supervisors working on this apparently. We have talked on the phone (at least 25+ times in the past 2 months) and they continuously say to be patient. They promise to call with updates, they don't call. They don't respond to e-mails. The fact that they were able to get me the West Jet tickets tells me they are for real. But me thinks they are scammers, fraudsters, criminals, and all belong in jail. Absolutely disgusted with them!!Review fromPatricia U

I called a phone number posted online and believe that I was dealing with ******** directly and was told that I needed to purchase a new ticket to resolve my issues. Purchased new ticket with the understanding that I would receive a refund of the original ticket. ******** refuses to refund ticket and I am out over $1000. Beware!!Flightsassist

1 starI had a nightmare experience with Flightsassist travel agency. I spoke for 90 minutes with Mr. **** about a trip to ***** in October 2024, requesting a Saver Fare. Though he agreed to match Emirates' price, I later learned I couldnt choose my seat with the Special Fare ticket. After many calls to resolve the issue, Mr. **** was unprofessional, and communication with the agency was frustrating. I only received a small refund, but the ticket wasnt upgraded to the Saver Fare. My complaint letter was returned, and customer relations offered no real ************** should avoid this agency and seek alternatives.Flightsassist

Hi Team,We received a call from passenger name ******* ****** **** on 03/12/2024 with contact number - ************ and he requested to book a new flight with Emirates airline from IAD - DXB leaving on10/15/2024 and returning on 10/25/2024. As per customer request we have booked a saver fare and as per Emirates airline, Seat selection is chargeable as per the fare rules. We received and emailstating customer dissatisfaction on 03/27/2024 and we immediately took action on this and initiated full refund of $1145.52 USD also once tickets were booked in saver fare it can't be upgraded asFlex or Flex Plus tickets as per Emirates Airline also as per fare rules free seats were automatically assigned at the time of check in. We have already informed about the refund status on theemail and passenger had alreday acknowledge on the same.Thanks
