I booked a carriage ride through Central Park with this company because it was the first one that came up in ******* I booked the night before and paid ahead of time for an 11am reservation. We arrived at 10:45 to the location shown on the confirmation. No help from anyone on how to locate this driver, no signs. We wait, thinking were too early. 11:10 I decide to call and the girl rudely says, Oh youre supposed to call us when you get there, it says right on your booking. (No it doesnt). So now weve waited 25 minutes. She then says shell call a driver and get him to us. Another 15 minutes goes by. I call again. She says, Oh **** is your driver he should be there. I walk over to one of the waiting carriages and ask for ****. **** comes over and says, Im not with them anymore, I got in trouble so they told me Im not allowed. Then he leaves. I call again. She is no help at all. I ask to cancel and well use one of the guys here. Id like to write more of what happenedBusiness response

We apologized for the inconvenience. The carriages are regulated by ************* and on the days weather is closed to 90 degrees we have less carriages out.
I see you have been refunded in full for your reservation. Hope to see you in future again
