I signed up for the **** test prep and was completely underwhelmed by the product I received. The flashcards are completely useless. A calculator can not be used on the exam and the packet contains multiple questions that require the use of one. There are additional math questions that have incorrect solutions. I emailed customer support for resolution on these issues and the only reply I received is 'the team' is assessing the problems. This company has clearly not designed a product specifically for the test I am taking. I would definitely not recommend this company.Review from Gladys A

I enrolled in the Hiset preparation course. I selected the $94.47 Lifetime package. Their website promised 24/7 customer service and a money-back guarantee, neither of which is offered. I immediately recognized that I was being scammed. Yes, I received the course materials, which were all reading materials. It did not match the description. I expected to receive hands-on training or videos to help me through the course, but I received neither. I did contact their customer service, but the only response I received was a link to their "money-back guarantee" They have not responded to my request for a refund because there is no "money-back guarantee" as they claim. The reason I'm writing to the BBB is to let others know that they're getting away with scamming people. It was my fault for failing to inspect before purchasing. Their marketing campaign is so convincing that I did not even bother to double-check. And I want others to know this so they wont be conned too.Review from Randill D

I wish I found these reviews sooner, they could have not been more correct. Here I thought I was going to accurately prepare and more than enough of their comprehensive questions have been wrong or just awful mistakes. Example 1+1=3, something so minimal just shows how much time they actually put into there care. To add for more complex issues they show the solution for completely different problems. I used them for AFOQT prep I advise anyone to NOT BUY!!Review from Robert M

Well. I did sign up and pay without going to see reviews. I was anxious about my test and it happened to sound great. I was wrong. I agree with the spelling errors in many of their question, and I am sure a few answers are wrong. That didn't stop me. But I got to a point where it got stuck, the help was no help at all, they actually directed me wrongly about what to do next. They also wanted me to download another app so I could make a video explanation of what was happening...... Sorry I didn't sign up for a program to study for my mblex to have to do such a thing. Do not purchase this program. Search out other options. I can't even get back into the program to use the material that they have as it takes me to the same screen over and over and won't let me pass no matter what. Also when you take the practice Quizes, it only tells you what you got wrong instead of being helpful and telling you the right answer. Sadly I wasted 70 bucks in a time I needed help to get through an anxious test period. Thanks for nothing ugoPREP.Review from ElizaP

If I could give negative stars, I would. The ParaPro prep materials are filled with grammatical and spelling errors! The practice questions are nothing like the actual test, and the material they give you to study is like, a page long and inaccurate. They refuse to issue refunds, so I had to call my financial institution and dispute the charge as fraudulent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.Review from Mudassar T

I've purchase full GED package in 2018 and now 2021 and I haven't take my Test yet due to various reasons. There is no login option from their direct Ugo prep website which is weird. you have to login from the email they send you which doesn't work after couple of months. Every time I try to login , shows error and says " Request page can't be found. This Course can't be found, it looks like the publisher removed it". WHY!!!!??. Test prep riddled with spelling and grammar errors- how can I trust the content is accurate?! Multiple practice tests recycle same questions so it's not multiple tests but rather one or two tests with exact same questions scrambled into seven tests. Good luck on your MBLEx.Review from Anai F

What they are selling you in a paid version of the FREE test prep available from the college board. I used it for 10 minutes and when I realized this I contacted them for a refund. They said it is non-refundable. They would need proof I failed the test in order to refund any money. I explained I didn't even use the product but they did not care. This is clearly a scam. I plan to reach out to their affiliates as well, they should not be promoting this. Total garbage. Steer clear - wish I had taken the time to read their reviews.Review from Christina N

The study material is not anything like the real test. The math reading material doesn’t show you how they got to the answer. It just jumps to the answer with no explanation. The customer service is at best, extremely slow—at worst, non-existent. I emailed to ask about a question from the reading material and they didn’t even recognize the material. They thought it was from a different website.
