a total hoax and hook game, they make fun of people and it is seen that they are used to doing it on a daily basis

Its a scam, I made a reservation which was confirmed just to get a call from on of their agents telling me that theres no available seats in that booking so they are putting me on a different flight for $280 more than what I paid for. I refused to change booking and insisted on cancelling my reservations and charged me $125 and theyre reasoning in the email they sent me was I made changes to my plans which was a huge lie. They insisted that I never returned their calls so I sent them copies of all communications and telephone call attempts I made to their company.Please beware if youre making bookings within this agency.

Very bad experience in the beginning of the new year. I booked a flight today and asked for the flight conformation. The price showing in the website was ******** and i called the customer service for the conformation. They told me to pay extra $400 to conform the flight for all the taxes and other stuff. However, there website shows $1275.05 including all the fees. When i decided to cancel my flight, they charged me $257 for the cancellation. Never trust this website.

Advisable to stay away from this booking agent. Here is my experience:* I booked international connecting flights ticket through this agency and the agent issued the ticket with 2 airlines with different baggage allowance. We had tough time dealing with airlines and had to pay extra money on the top of what we paid for the ticket. It was very expensive. The agent had to have common sense to issue ticket for airlines with same baggage allowance.* Later I disputed the original payment I made and this agency sent it to collection agency and they started troubling us.* Finally the collection agency provided us the evidence that showed we signed the document that tells us two airlines have different baggage allowance. I realized that the document that was sent to us for review originally was a different version and it did not have any of this information and after reviewing that document, we blindly signed this document which had this information but now we were legally obligated to pay for the extra baggage and we had to agree with the collection agency. This is not a genuine booking agent, stay away, save headache and protect yourself. It seems they can follow all malpractices to get the business. Stay away...

If I could give 0, I would. I booked a flight for 559.80 to ***. I got the tickets in my email that said they weren't able to process until getting cleared from airlines and I should call the 800 number. I did and was told there were no more seats available and if I wanted the same dates and destination, I had to pay an additional 300. I said I couldn't afford that. They called me back the next business day stating they were keeping my money, and I was now going to be charged 1500, for different dates. I said no I can get it through airlines cheaper. They said they would bot refund my money, I must pay. I had to call credit card and put a block and report fraud. These people are preditors and they lie to force people to pay more. They are selling seats that were never available to begin with. They also are not US or UK based as you can barely understand what they are saying. I suspect *****. Buyer beware. It's seems from other reviews this is a standard business practice for them.

I tried to book a flight for $ last night and waited for a confirmation that never came so I called them and was told that my reservation did not go through as someone else must have booked before me but miracle, there was still one seat available and it was in an upgraded area for an x-tra fee of $150. I declined and was told that my reservation would be cancelled without any problem and without fee, I would get a cancelation e-mail notice as well. When I asked the name of the person I was talking to, he hung up on me and no e-mail followed. So I called back and thought I recognized the same voice but he said that he was not the person I spoke to before and gave me a couple of other names and hung up again ??? by then I was very upset and very angry as I felt that now they had all my personal info. so I cancelled my credit card right away and thank heaven, I was not charged any amountM *********

Charged us $571.44 over price of 4 tickets we purchased. When we questioned why they didn't inform us of extra costs before asking us to docu-sign, agent ***** said "I couldn't see price increase on my screen so couldn't inform you."Small print says: "If a price increase occurs after you've made a reservation, we will notify you of the price increase before taking any further steps." They didn't do this. Instead, agent ***** said cancellation fee would be $800." ************ is predatory and should fully refund our total fees of $1,287.85, as they didn't abide by their own written policy.

If you don't want to be called a SCAM, GIVE ME A FULL REFUND Ticket is sold for $260 on the site.I got an email saying to call the company 10 minutes after I bought the ticket.They told me that the flight was overbooked and I had to change the time to **** ^^ + I had to pay a fee if I canceled it.I was so ****** off, but I didn't want to pay the fee, so I said I'd take it, but what the ticket shows was .. the price is now $300, including taxes and fees and other things^^(you ******* scammers' salaries?)And now, they're asking for photos of my ID and credit card because the information doesn't match~!~!I will use all means of travel-related review sites, ******** blogs, *********, and ******** to inform people that this site is ********* SCAM.You didn't have the flight that I made reservation, but I need to pay a fee OR pay for the expensive crazy flight ~~ ^^If you don't want to be called a scam, give me a full refund.

A day after paying and booking online a round-trip flight reservation, I was contacted and informed that I will pay an additional 1K per passenger due to price changes. Other alternative travel dates presented required an additional **$800 per passenger, This is a scam online flight booking company. I was told there is no refund to force me to pay additional money for the fare. The contact person just dropped the phone after I told them I will contact my credit card company to block the payment to them.
