      This trip was planned three months in advance.Purchase 6 tickets for a value 5000$ . When looking on American Airlines website, we found out that our purchased tickets seats was not confirmed but pending. 24 hours before the trip we went to the airport to solve this mess.AA cancell the purchase and reissues new tickets but we had to pay them again. AA said that Click2book shoud refund you . No news at this point , We will have to run after our money. Click2Book is carrying IATA logo on there website. We thought this was safe to deal with them. Wrong! No protection for honest consumers...*************************, ******

      As we reviewed the transaction history, these tickets were issued on our corporate card and been cancelled by the airlines due to verification, as you mentioned you paid for the flights again and they refunded the previous ticket amount to our corporate card, we are still waiting for the refund to be processed, once will receive the refund from airline will contact you for further details to process the refund.

      I have booked a flight ticket with Click2bok.ca on September 11 2022 from ******** to ****** for ******* ******** dollats. Departure date was November 5th, 2022. On November 3, 2022 a hurricane hit the island of ******. Therefore the airport was closed and they are still on clean up at this time. On November 2, 2022 I communicated with ma agent ***** and asked for a reshceduling of the ticket for a later date but it seemed no possible so he offered me and sent me a voucher for the amount I paid for my ticket. So for exactly, 8 hours on November 4, 2022 I tried to schedule a flight to ****** for December that I saw on their web site for ******* and wanted to apply my voucher of ******* to the new purchased. I talked during that day to *****, *******, ****, *****, and the list goes on. They threatened me, hung up on me, asked for an extr ****** and then ****** and then 401 and then 575 more thant I already paid (*******) SO with all the intimidation and threatening discussion from them I gave up for the day.The net day, I tried again and I got the same treatment. Bullying threatening and trying to steal more money. They told me I had purchased a Flexible ticket therefore I need to buy the same thing from American Airline, that AA will not go down in classes. I called AA and they explained to me that that is exactly what is a flexible ticket you can change destination, dates and class that is what a flexible ticket. So I asked for a proof of that to the seller they told me they do not have to provide that i should know. Then I was told the reason of the difference in prices for the extras is the taxe that change from one trip to the other and one place of departure to another. So I went on the website of AA and the taxes are all very well described. Then I get hungup on.How can this be tolerated. I just want to get what I paid for. I no service is rendered to me this should be considered theft and is a felony. I just want a flight ticket which I paid for

      Today, 8/24/2022, Click2Book.us charged us an additional $198 for 4 passengers totaling $792, because Air Canada changed flight that couldnt meet our next Air Canada connection. There is nothing in contract that says customers will be penalized if AIRLINE makes changes, This is unjust when customer is at mercy of airline and in no way at fault. Requesting refund of $792. ********************* was our agent. Thank you.

      On 8/25/22, we cancelled the **** card we used to purchase plane tickets for 4 passengers. We paid Click2Book.us on 1/31/22, in full.

      We were never contacted by Click2Book about the 2 involuntary flight changes that occurred between 2/1/22 - 8/23/22 because they input the

      wrong email address, as well as THEIR phone number, into our contact info. Air Canada had to completely rebook 1 week before our departure. AC 

      said involuntary flight changes are always free, yet ********************* still tried to extort $792 from us for airlines' changes. In 5 texts on 8/25/22,

      ***** threatened to withhold our tickets if we didn't pay the surcharge. We resolved their lies and incompetence by cancelling our credit card and

      dealing directly with Air Canada. I've kept all texts and paperwork if needed by BBB.

      I bought a flight ticket on May 20th 2021, I paid 1409.86$. The flight ticket was from July 31st to sept 11th. For urgent reason(death of my dad), I had to cancel the flight. And they said they were going to reimburse me 733.03$ which they did( thank you!) but after that I had taken a flight insurance with Manulife. So they were supposed to reimburse me the rest, but they needed a proof that I really cancelled a flight with ************** if Click2book cant show it, the proof that I cancelled a flight with ************** at least they need to write an email saying that they cant provide the proof needed). Thats what Manulife is asking me. Simple. Its been 8 months that I keep calling and I cant have that proof. A simple writing, very disappointed with Click2book, I am still waiting for that proof, because I will not give up. I call at least once a week, since September 2021. You can verify I cancelled with ****. Cancellation ****************

      Please be advice that, customer booked this reservation on ******* and on 28May21 we have contacted the customer regarding the services we have provided to her. Customer was happy even she posted a review and gave 5star rating to us. We have also provided a CAD50 as an credit voucher. On 25thJun21 customer contacted us to make the changes in the reservation and wanted to prepone her flights. Our agency check the airline availabity of flight but she didnt any earlier flight for customer and inform the same. Customer than requested us to cancel the flight and process the refund for the transaction. As it was a voluntary cancellation our agency inform the customer there will a cancellation penalty for the cancellation and after the customer authorization we have processed the refund(CAD733) to customer less cancellation fee.

      On ********** customer contacted us and requested us to send her one email confirmation that, her flight is ***** cancelled. Our agent provided the same to customer(Email Attached)

       

      Please close this case complaint as we have already process the refund to customer and as per customer request reservation cancellation also provided to her.

      I booked a flight through this company and decided to cancel in less than five minutes. I was immediately denied and was told this was a non-refundable booking. The tickets had not even been confirmed or issued during this time as well. Here is the federal regulation concerning cancelled flights:"The ****************************'s 24-hour refund regulation states that all airlines flying in the U.S., even international carriers, must issue a full refund if the reservation is canceled within a one-day window. Here is the *********** **** policy: "You may cancel your flight within 24 hours of booking". After explaining this to a supervisor, then the reason they could not cancel was because it was a "PROMO" price which it was not. I have the all the receipts of purchase and emails to provide the facts. I was kept on hold until the flight tickets were confined with the airlines and was forced to sign documents before the supervisor would send me E-Tickets. After, I told him not to withdraw the money from my bank. They had my money and used it to make me sign the documents or they would not send me the tickets. I had no choice in the matter and was denied their own policy rules and **************** Laws concerning cancelled flights. The price of the tickets were $1721.67, and most other sites offered the same flights for less than $1300.00 dollars. My booking number is ********* and can provide documents all documents and facts concerning this transaction. I was wiling to work out any kind of remediation for this problem, however was denied any solution and they would not even try to work with me. I think this is unacceptable actions from this company, and quiet frankly unlawful ones as well.

      I booked ticket with Click2book.us online back in September 2021. I was able to take flight to ***** but on return, united cancelled my return flight. Upon multiple try I wasn't able to get in touch with United to assigned me new route. Finally I decided to book new flight with same travel agency so I don't stuck at unknown airport. During my conversation agent mentioned that new ticket will cost me ************************************************************************************************ 39 dollars as transaction fee which I was not informed. Back to my canceled ticket I requested Click2book.us agency to start refund process for unused portion of my original booking which they filed with United and United issued $864.81 refund. Click2book.us falsely informed me that united only refunded $657 and they will issue soon.Meanwhile I wasn't aware of fine print for $39 transaction fee I submitted dispute with ********** which I lost as it was justified charge. Due to dispute which was settled they hold my refund because they got mad. Later I received updated email from United informing me that they have issued $864.81 refund. I am not sure why travel agency lie about true refund amount. Later ***** from travel agency told us that they kept amount for their booking fee, which doesn't make any sense. They never informed me about this fee but they saw United paid more money now its good time to get extra booking fee from refunded amount. Its been over 2 months but they haven't given issued refund to me. She is keep saying my case is under review. Now few days ago she sent me new fake email saying united hasn't given them money and that's why they can't issue me a refund. I have attached proof of United issuing refund and travel agency's confirmation for the refund amount which was $200 less than United. I recently sent them multiple emails but they haven't responded or tried to reach out to me. If my case is not resolved I am planning to go small case court.

      I made a booking/reservation that got confirmed by the company. When they hadnt charged my card or sent me my tickets , I contact them through Whats app and was told that I booked tickets that were not available and that the only option was to pay a flight double what size originally payed. When I asked to cancel they told me no or only for $200 per person. Due to the fact that this cancelation is because of the companys mess up, I dont believe I should be charged. They let me book a flight that was no longer available and now wants to charge me more or charge me $400 just to cancel the flight (which is more than half of what I paid for the flight) After saying the flight was no longer available, they proceeded to tell me it was but only for double the cost. Overall the person responding for the company, Is rude and text does not make any sense

      I booked my round trip flight to ***** from DCA and entered my bank card information online to pay the fee and received a confirmation number ********. When I called to inquire about my seat on the flights, I was told the fares doubled! I went back on the site and rebooked at the lower rate as it was still available and called back with my new reservation number ********, and again and was told the fares were not available at the rate advertised on the website Click2Book.us. My reservation had doubled in price. This is false advertisement and a total scam. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no one was available. I asked where they were located as I intend to report them to the Better Business Bureau. I was told ** and ***. I asked for the *** information but the representative said he did not know that information. When I asked when would a supervisor be available to discuss the matter, I was told even a supervisor would not be able to resolve the matter. The rep stated the prices changed to compete with what the airlines are selling airfare for, though on their site, the lower fares were offered. I am very disappointed and frustrated.

      I purchased airline tickets on July 27th 2021 round trip for two passengers costing a total of $1,152. During the timeframe between then and today august 9th 2021 covid has shut down the reason for the trip as well as the cdc recommending to limit travel. I called to cancel knowing I would likely not get a full refund. Click2 book offered me a 387 dollar refund or if I paid them 400 dollars more I could receive credit for my full amount. I chose the refund. I received an email stating the company has approved a refund of 387 dollars and while still on hold they asked me to reply stating that I accepted the refund and had to give them the last four digits of the booking card as well as the name on the card. No problem. They said they received my response and would receive a refund within the next thirty business days. I thought it was done. The company then called me and told me that they weren’t going to do a refund and that my option was to pay the money for credit.

      Booked an airline ticket through this website. The price listed on the website was $283 dollars for a flight on United to ************* paid the price and received a confirmation email. 2 hours later I received a call from a customer service rep stating that my ticket is not confirmed and that I will have to pay an additional $157 because the flight has gone up by United. This website should not advertise prices that are not correct. I went on ********** to check and the fight is showing for $353 dollars. That would only be an additional $70 . The representative says they dont see that fare but it is right on the site. I asked for a refund as I paid one price and now they are asking for more! They told me I can not get a refund basically Im out of $283 dollars. This company is fraud and a scam. I cant believe that they can operate this way
