      Order came partially thawed. Fish on top completely thawed. Beef and pork on bottom partially thawed. Threw fish away . Didn't want to refreeze meat so ended having a cookout to use it up. Completed survey and never heard from company. Of course I cancelled my subscription.not a good first time experience. Too bad because part of order I was able to use was very tasty. Quite disappointing. Wasted money spent on fish.

      Not only did they are not to charge a bunch of cards I never gave them access to but they charged me the same day I called to cancel the order they said they couldn't cancel it. Yet the order didn't ship out untill days after I called. And then was lied to about my refund. Never shop form this company. They will illegally charge your cards or any associated PayPal.

      Dont walk but run from this business!!! The past three months my orders were either thawed, sealed packages werent sealed properly or the box was damaged. They stopped placing dry ice to help with keeping the meat frozen. **************** helped with getting my membership cancelled but I will never order from an online meat service ever again.

      Pork is tough and dry. Some product packaging leaked. I told them about the leaking packaging and asked to have my subscription cancelled until further notice, but I still receive an order and get charged for it and for several months now . *** responded to several of their emails requesting cancellation and no one seems to be listening to me. I told them I cant afford this service and I cant find how to cancel on my account page.

      The Good Chop box that arrived semi-thawed was not my order. This was Jan. 24, ****. I contacted customer service and was hung up on twice. I tried the online "chat" bot and after 40 min. got the response that my order would arrive within 3 days, express delivery. (Sorry ******************* of ********, ** I think I got your order). My order never arrived. I called again Monday Jan 29, and was told no replacement order would be delivered, but that I would get a refund for the amount. I deactivated my account and would not recommend Good Chop to anyone.******************** ************************* **

      I ordered a box from this company and was relatively happy with the first box. Soon after I was given a deep discounted offer on another box. Although I didnt really need more, the offer was so good I decided to take it. Then I found out that I was billed $130 for this box which was about Five or six times as much as I was supposed to be charged. I tried resolving this via chat and via the phone and was completely unsuccessful. The customer service was useless. So I am left with no options and with no refund. A real bait and switch. Stay away from this company .

      I had a subscription for meals and was unlawfully charged $16 for something that was an add on I called customer service to explain I did not place that order. The lady I spoke to was completely useless. I told her if I did not get the money back, I will stop subscription entirely and complain with better business bureau. $16 is not a lot but just unethical business practice's.

      I experienced the same thing as many of the other people writing reviews. I signed up in November because I received a coupon, and when I realized that the coupon wasn't taken online, and I was charged full price, I immediately cancelled my order forever(within an hour of ordering) - - and they returned my money. NO meat was sent. However, in December I was charged almost ****** for the month of December, so they never cancelled my subscription. I talked to a number of people that are obviously from another country on the help desk, to try to get it canceled and get my money back. They gave me a hard time about it so I had to submit a case to get my money back and it was not pleasant at all. I find it much easier to work with Good Ranchers or Crown Cow and I would stay away from this company.

      The delivery of my order was left outside near the intercoms. I asked to get a text when it was delivered. I did not receive a text and my intercom bell was not rung. My product was stolen. This has happened the three times I received my order and it was left outside of my intercom with no notification that it was delivered.
