      I purchased a dress from eshakti. The dress has never been sent. I was charged and no refund has been offered. I paid money for a product and never received it.

      I ordered and paid for 3 dresses to be made in April 2024.******* said these would be done in 3 ********'s December now and, despite multiple regular emails & messages to eShakti, I still have not received the dresses or a refund.The messages they answered, they claimed there was an error in their fabric order and I should get the dresses soon. In September, I sent them a message demanding either the completed dresses or a refund by the next month.I recieved neither. The 3 week wait has become over 7 months.

      Like many other people, I submitted an order on 7/1/2024 that payment was taken for and no goods were ever recieved.I tried reaching out to the company three times by email - with no response at all - and tried several times to call the customer service number provided. It never connected to anyone - I was once on hold for 20 minutes then it just idsconnected - and eventually I recieved an automated massage saying the number was no longer in service.

      I have been a customer here for years and they always did so well. Then the excuse started that there was something wrong with the fabric. So I finally was like with all the fabrics? Like what is going on? I called customer service and one of the ladies was just rude. I would ask just send my two dresses, when I saw that one dress said it had been delivered but yet it had not even went through the cutting of the fabric, I was like okay these people are just lying now because I have not received my dress or dresses. I sent emails and said just send my dresses if not I am going to report you to the BBB. I am so disappointed because I have spent so much money on this business and this is the respect that many of us are getting. I really don't know why I gave them any more chances. I have had an order out since March of this year, MARCH. I think I have waited long enough for my dresses that I want my money back and my dresses. Thanks for reading and understanding. I really did not want to report them, but I can imagine how many people are wasting their time now with this company.

      I ordered my dress on 5/6/2024, my total was $136.28. Have not heard from them. Tried calling but no one answered their phone just a recording saying to leave a message and someone would get back to me. Got an email stating that something was wrong with the material. Have not heard from them since. Tried to call tonight and the phone has been disconnected, Just want my money.

      I ordered a dress with a minor alteration from EShakti back in April 2024 for $80.90. I was hoping it would arrive by May for an event. It never showed up. I reached out and they said the fabric had been backordered or had not arrived yet so the dress had not been even made yet. So I cancelled the order in June. They said it would be 10 business days to see the refund. It has been MONTHS and no response. I reached out again to them today by email after attempting to call. Their phone number is out of service. I've attached documentation of the problem. Let me know if you'd like bank statements proving they never paid me my refund and I will gladly supply them.

      I purchased three items in January 2024; having not received the items by 5/1/24, and being unable to contact anyone at the company for an update, I initiated a dispute with my credit card company. I was temporarily refunded $298.65. The company responded to my credit card company, asserting that they had sent the order. The amount was charged back to my credit card. I only received two of the three items I ordered, and I returned one of them. I was not credited for either of these items. The customer service number on the ******* website is not in order and my emails to the company have gone unanswered.

      I purchased 7 dresses from Eshakti, it took about y months before I received them (after filing a complaint with BBB). When the dresses arrived only 2 dresses fit. I was told to take photos and return the dresses that did not fit. Well, I returned them, and I haven't heard from Eskakti since!!

      I placed an order on 6/9/2024 for 2 custom dresses totaling $199.99. After multiple emails and finding their customer service number to no longer in service I sent the last email stating I would be contacting the BBB. I received no response. I simply want the dresses or my money back. $200 is a lot of money to me.

      On July 3, 2024, I ordered several items from eShakti for which they promptly charged me $341.31. The status on the items never got past "pattern created" and the event/weekend for which I'd ordered the items came and went. In late August I started trying to contact them, first by emailing to support. I've always had good luck with this company so I honestly didn't think anything until September came and went. I tried to submit another inquiry online. Finally, today I decided to do a deep dive and it didn't take long to discover this company was basically out of business at the time they charged me for my order. Due to the amount of time that's passed, I assume I can't do anything about all the money they outright stole from me. However, I did want this on record in case they ever decided to open again or whatever. People like this make me sick. They owe people millions. Shame on you, eShakti management. Do better.
