    I signed up for a subscription of cleaning products from Blueland and I want to cancel my subscription. I am receiving products I don't need and there is no way to cancel my subscription from my account with this online business. I follow the directions and am continuously in a loop of going no where. I have reached out to the company by email numerous times and no one will respond. I do not know what to do to get out of my subscription. Thank you.

    Have tried reaching out to customer service for weeks (original complaint on May 10 and now it is May 24). Only get automated/generic responses back and no resolution. Sent them a picture of my last order and that it seemed like they sent me two orders of dishwasher tablets rather than 1 order of dishwasher and 1 order of laundry detergent tablets. I didnt notice until recently since their packaging looks similar across the two products and you only notice if you carefully read the front lettering. Ive never experienced such poor/nonresponsive customer service before.

    I ordered the dishwash starter kit and only received the tin, not the tablets. Multiple emails to the company have not been answered.

    I ordered a refill for laundry detergent tablets and dishwasher detergent tablets. Instead of the laundry detergent tablets I received an oxi clean refill which I cannot use and do not want. I have reached out online to Blueland 3 times asking how to resolve this and have not received a single reply. I am not willing to pay to return the wrong item since this mistake is not my fault. I also want a credit for the tablets which I did not receive. The order clearly states laundry detergent tablets not oxiclean. It is also ridiculous that there is no working telephone number for this business.

    I have two issues. I have attempted to reach the customer service on both, and haven't received a response for either. They don't have a customer service phone number, so it's impossible to reach anyone to resolve things. And they DEFINITELY do not respond according to the timeline they promise in their stock email response. The first issue was that when I used the dish soap, I start coughing every time, and it hurts my lungs. This seems to be an issue with their product. I'm concerned about it not being safe. I reported that, and I heard no response. That seems very problematic. Then most recently, I accidentally placed a duplicate order. I attempted to reach them immediately, within seconds of doing it, asking that they delete the duplicate item. I got their stock answer--we'll reply in 3-5 days. I wrote back several times, explaining that in 3 to 5 days the items would likely be shipped already. No response. Sure enough, I just got a notification that my order shipped, with duplicates. If they cannot address customer complaints in a timely manner, they this company should not be in business. I have appreciated their products, and have even told many people about them, but now I'm starting to question whether their products are actually as they present. If they aren't ethical enough to respond to customers, then how am I to know that they are legitimate on all levels.

    I bought some products on Blueland. Their system accidentally deleted an item from my original order, so I placed another order for the 2nd item. I asked for shipping to be refunded since that was THEIR fault. No response. Weeks go by. Then all of a sudden they sent me 2 of the same product, and I was charged. Same thing, I reached out to customer service for a return, weeks go by, no response. I am now at the point where I will call my credit card to deny the charges. Also when I asked for the return, the amount they were going to send me was 25% less than what I had paid??!! Are you kidding me? You just arbitrarily decide what you are going to refund me? Yeah, stay away from this company. I am even suspicious of their products now. For a company to call themselves "green" or "clean" and then scamming customers along the way? NO thanks.

    I ordered a cleaning kit package from Blueland. When I received the package it was missing items and one of the items was damaged. I contacted Blueland multiple times through email, text, online submissions and just receive an automated response from online contact submission only that someone will get back to me but no one has. I am missing a hand pump dispenser, laundry forever tin and oxi boost tin. In addition to missing items the dishwashing tablets were damaged when I opened the package.

    I ordered a Clean Suite Kit and a Foraged Collection Hand Soap Starter kit and two soap pumps on 03/15/2025. I have not received them as of today, 03/31/2025 inspite of many emails to their coustomer service which have all replied with a form email stating that they take 2-3 business days to process an order.

    I received my order two weeks ago. Some of the items were far too strong of a scent, so I asked to initiate a return. I am unable to start my own return online because Im in ******. So everyday Ive been sending emails how to start a return. Its been two weeks with no responses. So I just want to be instructed how to send items back!
