      Simply put I am getting 10 emails a day with provocative **** and asking me to date women fro ******, I have a girlfriend thanks. I have not gone in and done a profile so Im not sure why there sending me this **** everyday.I have unsubscribed I have done everything there web says to delete any accounts that *** be there , several times. I have tried calling there phone numbers and none work, how is it they can set up with **** mastercard to charge people but they provide false information. I am done and Im asking hear as a last resort . To have these ******* removed from my phone. You try and send complaints nothing , its obviously a front. Im going to ask Mastercard **** to remove there rights to use there systems but first I will start here Anastasia dating .com Under uploads I dont know how to upload the emails they send

      Are in the Anastasian Date laptop mode which you can also use on your mobile device. There are a set of costly little pictures and emojis that you can send to your girlfriend. Over the course they have put them on there. I have several times have them send and theres no way on your mobile device to stop them, some of them cost as much as $**** to send. They are a picture they are not tangible goods that you were sending this woman that you chat with. Today November 14 I had an incident where I was buying credits **** credits for $399 . When I came back on to the chat session, it had sent a fox for 599 of those credits thats over $200 I called in and they said that I have called in too many times and complained about this. The reason that I am complaining is because they are not a tangible good , and they are too costly for what they are! I feel that they are taking advantage of the customer and I have repeatedly asked them to make either better the mobile site, or to take the emojis off for when you are using the laptop session in Mobile device. They will not discuss it with me. I feel that they have taken advantage of me Over thousands of dollars. I talk to a woman on this dating site because of her position in the Ukrainian war. Many times I have called them for upgrades to the mobile site so that this would work better for its users and also a change in the laptop site for better viewing and video chats. The ladies have a very nice viewing area while the men cannot hardly see what is written in more than three sentences. I feel that they are taking advantage of their customers.

I want my grievance and complaint which has been ongoing against Asian Date aka ************* for several years now. It has been over phone calls that were so-called completed but the Lady I had been corresponding with through emails said she never talked to me. I never got the whole story, it was all hush-hush. If someone can investigate further, I have emails and phone calls to site supervisors/managers and emails and chats to several Ladys that can bare this out. I would like a settlement of these issues and compensation as well. I just want that my fianc ******** ID# ******* to get all my home address and email addresses ************************ my full name ****** ***************************** (nickname *****), the airport information for ********************************************** (***) and the small private airport in *********/Van ***** Townships (***). The ****************** handles private aircraft. I would like a resolution to this problem, that is all private information be exchanged and 2 to 5 thousand credits in compensation. I have talked to several congressional members from ********, they suggest I try to get this resolved before they step in. I have called the Chinese embassy they also suggested I try to get this resolved before filing a complaint. I have called 4 or five other women on the Asian Date site and had trouble with two calls.I have complained about this in phone calls twice and in an email of 02/02/2023 to let them know that ******** had not been able to use my private emails or phone number. I also could not use her email or phone number as they were not in existence. I had not heard anything until I called Asian Date again on 02/13/2023. That was 11 days with no customer service response. So now as of 02/14/2023 I still have no response from Asian Date. I was to call ******** on Valentine's *** but decided to wait until I get we both receive our responses from Asian Date. ******** has delayed her flight until she gets this information. I can not get the flight information without our emails or phone calls.I think all phone calls between people exchanging private personal information from the Asian Date site should receive a customer service email with the confidential information in that email. That way it might eliminate any complications or inaccuracies. This has been and continues to be an ongoing issue for people on this site. It has caused us both undue stress and anguish.I have been dealing with Asian Date and or ************* for over four years. They are run by Anastasia Date of ********, **.       I can see that you have been speaking with several agents as recently as two days ago on the phone.
      I have proceeded to check and can see that you had some issues previously with Lady ******** for your calls connecting, however, you were updated via email by our Call me team on the reasons for this, and that was that the Lady disconnected, and also your VM was present.  I can see that you did indeed on the call in December pass your airport information and email on and the Lady received these during the call with you.


      If the Lady has stated to you that she never talked to you, please provide us with the screenshot of this to support your claim and also the email address you have for her, as we will check with our records that it is correct and look into this matter further for you.
      Please do not send your emails to the address you have listed ********************* this address is a non-reply inbox and we will not see any correspondence that comes to this address. Please use ********************* and we will be able to help you.

      This website has created a fake profile for me when i have never even heard of it and continues to send SPAM mail even though i have attempted to unsubscribe and have them delete the profile. Im at my **** end with trying to get this resolved. I wish to have the profile removed and am seeking an apology from the company due to the mental trauma of having no other way to resolve this other than filing a complaint like this. The business should be shut down for having such criminal practices as creating fake profiles with real peoples names.

      Asian Date ********************* (****),Please help me in a resolution in the matter of phone calls that have not been completed because of technical issues. This has happened at least four times in the past between Rong #*******. I still have not gotten a clear and understandable answer as to why our calls have not been connected or stayed connected. We have been writing and chatting through your site and now she can not book a flight due to the fact we can not exchange email and phone numbers. I was on a site previously called Asian Me.com Where after 20 letters you could purchase email and phone numbers. We now both have had at least 50 letters to Rong. My fiance has sent me at least ************************************************************************************************** the past with no problem. So why can you not connect me to Rong so we can move on with our lives? The last time this happen a customer service supervisor guaranteed me that my phone calls would be overseen by her. This never happened and a follow-up email that all the tech issues were taken care of.We are trying to exchange our personal information, phone numbers, and emails so we can meet and marry. We have been through enough, please take 50 credits from me and allow us to exchange our private information.She has been waiting to leave for ******** because she does not have my private information to contact me. This process has been very problematic and without resolution so far. Please let us exchange our emails and phone number without any further difficulties. This has caused us so much stress and anxiety, that we seek just to exchange our private information, such as emails, phone numbers, and or home addresses.I hope this is a reasonable solution, please resolve our issues, and we thank you in advance for all your help and trouble in this matter.Please help us get this problem resolved so we can meet.       I will try my best to help you in this matter.I have proceeded to check your account and can see you had several unsuccessful calls with Rong back in 2021 and early 2022, with the last attempt being in May. I can see that there were various reasons for the calls failing, one specifically which our customer support updated you on previously being that your answer machine connected the call and therefore prevented a callback. The Call me system is automated and it showed the call as connected due to your voicemail, I can see that our support team refunded you in full and provided you with a clear explanation.


      The call that connected successfully with the Lady in February was successful for 4 minutes before the Lady disconnected due to a technical issue on her device. Again I see we refunded for you in full. I do not see any further attempts to book a call with Rong, however, I see that you have had many successful calls on your account with other members.


      Please know that Asiandate is not responsible for the upkeep of members' devices, this responsibility would fall on the members themselves. The service we provide is working accordingly, and should we review a case where there is a fault, we have refunded in full to help ascertain another call or a different service that we provide.


      In reference to the contact exchange, both parties need to consent to this happening, we have no right to pass someone's information without their permission. This is in accordance with IMBRA Law and also GDPR Regulations act. We suggest the Call me service for exchanging as both parties are able to communicate clearly with each other their intentions and whether they wish to exchange information.


      I do see that you are still continuing to use our services and that you are having successful connections with the call-me system with other Ladies. I hope this information helps.

      In February of 2022, I purchased ***** credits from *************. Upon realizing the credits had not been put into my account I contacted the Customer Support Team. After an initial investigation, they concluded no payment was registered in their accounting system even though I presented screenshots of their system-generated receipts; just like the hundreds I had received before when making successful payments. I have corresponded with several members of the Customer Support Team and NO ONE has yet to answer my question. If the payments were illegitimate then how in the world did I receive receipts from their system???? Meanwhile, no credits were issued to be used during the investigation. They simply maintain the payments were not made. I have stated that I prefer they issue my credits. If they refuse to do so then I expect a refund of the amount to purchase **** credits.
