Purchased products that are not effective. Neither the red or blue light has delivered any benefits like was discussed. Products DO NOT work. Now there is no refund offered by the company. Other issues include that the batteries life seems to be short and no one from the company ever contacted me to set up a relationship to make sure the instructions I was given would be effective for my purposes. I attempted to contact the sale rep but no call was returned. I feel like this product either does not deliver the light quality it states or I am completely immune to the possible benefits. (my child and husband also did not benefit from any treatments at all).Also, that is not my signature on the receipt which is odd....Business response

This is the first we are hearing from you; we gave to you the day of purchase, all of the printed instructions, as well as our contact information not only on your receipt, but listed on our website. We have checked our call log, and we do not have any form of contact from the phone number or email that you gave to us on the attached forms as a point of contact. I have attached these forms for you to review and I am more than happy to schedule two complimentary zoom calls to answer all of your questions and make sure that all of your concerns are addressed. We are very surprised to read you stating that you did not sign our forms; attached are the signatures we collected from you digitally on these documents. I have attached them as a reminder.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:[Your Answer Here]
Perhaps I have the wrong part of the company? I did call the number provided and left a message yesterday, but that is not the number I initially called. It was a ***** number on a business card. I mentioned the signature on the receipt not to say that I did not purchase the item but that the signature (or scribble) is not mine, which should be looked at on their end for other customers in the future. You can compare how I signed to that with the additional uploaded files. Although I was told someone would be contacting me about other aspects of use for these devices, my MAIN complaint is that they are ineffective. The generic printout information was followed for two months with no resolution of the issues it was treating. Maybe I have the wrong part of the company because when I go to EMK's website, I only see the business-sized equipment options. Elevare is where my handheld devices are registered for the warranty, so maybe they are the company to tell that these products do not work as advertised (at least for me and my household). The fact that there is no refund/return option and a signed contract that I would not resell these items means I now have a piece of costly equipment with no purpose because they will not accept a return.
