I believe your website is made for idiots like me. Because, its relatively easier to use for a beginner like me. I will be using this app more often.

As a teacher, I used Animoto to help my students with their lit circle presentations. After reading a book, I asked the students to create an Animoto that told the rest of the class about their book. These presentations had to list the title, author, and a personal review of the book. They also had to share the plot using pictures that helped tell the story. Kids enjoyed creating, and the rest of the class enjoyed viewing the Animotos of their classmates. Making Animotos encouraged students to think in different ways about what they were reading. It engaged them in the book. The process of creating the Animotos also reinforced the technology skills they were learning in other classes. This company allowed my students free subscriptions to use in the classroom. Very cool!

I've tried typing my story out a few times and it always ends up being far too long for anyone's valuable time. All I want to say is that I used the program for a 1 year subscription using a small discount code, and 1 month before my subscription was up, received 1 very deliberate, vague and tricky email from them regarding my renewal into a subscription that had since changed names and costed $80/month instead of the 1 year subscription I originally signed up for for under $200 (that I assumed would be the renewal price minus my very small promo code I used before). That one email (which was "prorated" and only showed a $10 charge) flew under the radar in the sea of marketing emails they sent out and they didn't send any other statement emails after that and now months later, I've spent over $800 for a program I rarely use and never would've renewed had I known the price was changing. I am taking some responsibility for this of course, assuming that my renewal was a one time annual fee like last time. I reached out for an explanation and their argument is that I "agreed to all this when I signed up" and that they provided all this information in the beginning. I personally don't remember that, but if so, part of that is on me. All I'm saying is that when the time came to renew the subscription, they very conveniently left out pretty much all the details of the renewal. No warning beforehand, no pricing information, no follow up emails, just 1 ********** with a $10 charge to my account. I had edited and published 2 videos in the year that I've been unknowingly paying $80/month and because of this they won't refund any of the money that I've paid. The person I spoke with seemed friendly at first, but very quickly developed a tone that made it very clear to me that they unapologetically deal with this all the time. I think the tactics speak for themselves and I can confidently say that I never wish to do business with these people again.

Product is a little difficult to use, not as intuitive as I would like. but my results are professional looking. Price point is reasonable is used often enough. have several other software packages that work a little more on a professional level and much easier to use. It all depends on what your focus is.

They keep auto-withdrawing money from my account! I haven't been on their site in years and told them that and that I never want to do business with them again ever! Take off auto withdrawal, close my account and delete my information but again, I just got a notice that they withdrew another $249 from my card! When I asked for a refund they said they will give me a code to pause to use later?! NO NO NO I had made it clear I want nothing to do with them but guess now that means maybe later and we keep your money! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION!!!!

I've only been using Animoto for about a month now but the ones I have created are beautiful & I believe it adds a special touch to my social media platform. I've had to use customer service a couple ************ were very helpful via email. I have signed up for a year, so I do hope it continues to work for me this well.

Having good success with the video creator so far. My clients are happy with them as well.

This software is VERY time consuming. It's very hard to move photos around in the video. This is the worst part and will keep me from renewing next year.

Do not do business with this company! Today I got a message from the banking app about a $60 plan renewal. Animoto renews without ** warning and then refuses to refund the amount charged.
