      This place is a scam. I went through all the steps made my payment and 3 days before my actual surgery they tell me that they have to reschedule me because the doctor cannot do it Even though I informed them prior to all this that I will be flying in and that I cannot change my flight and hotel and despite all it is they then refuse to give me a refund.

      I was scheduled to have a surgery on 2/14/2024 but unfortunately my surgery was cancelled due to me being epileptic, in other words I was not medically cleared. I was supposed to get a refund, they even sent me a document to my email to sign a refund lease since last month and I have not received the refund yet. Every time I called them they keep giving me the run around. I heard a lot of complaints about them, how they like to steal people money and not provide the services. I dont want to be one of their victims so Im filing a complaint.

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Goals Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      They called me and claimed that the refund was already sent on 3/13/24. They sent me a receipt and I sent them my bank statement  showing that I never received it. The person told me that they were going to contact their bank and give me an answer within 48hours but unfortunately it has been 1 week and they have not given me a response yet.

      The lack of communication that I have received from Goals weight loss department is baffling. I paid for my injections on February 29th and completed all the required bloodwork. Someone from the weight loss department texted me this past Tuesday asking if I had completed *************** with ****************** I advised the individual no then I was told that someone would be in contact with me March 15th to confirm my appointment for March 18th. The 15th came around and no call no nothing! I have to call multiple times on Friday requesting to speak with a supervisor and no supervisor had contact me.

      2/15/24 I accepted a promotional quote (PQ) for ************* ******* (*****). PQ was emailed with the wrong surgery. Surgical Consultant (SC) said BBL its part of the promotion, just tell them you dont want it. Before acceptance, SC and I had multiple conversations about my medical and geographical concerns, etc. She told me I could only consult with the doctor after accepting the quote, but she would review my details with doc and get back to me. She said my images were approved. I accepted. My surgical date (5/5), consultation (5/1), and 2 post-op dates in MD (I asked for PA) were emailed to me. Addl incorrect info was given by SC., i.e. lab work, medical clearance, pre/post-op, recovery time, documents timeframe, BMI requirements (which I do not meet guidelines for services paid for), etc. Goals were not responsive to msg and did not call 2/24 at 1:45 pm for appt. I emailed my assigned surgeon, ****************, 2/25, with these concerns; next day he responded, My apologies for any difficulties you are experiencing during this process, I have escalated to the corporate manager to address. FYI, the virtual appointment that you have scheduled is with the Corporate Pre-op department. I thought we were scheduled to meet. Got a voice msg from Uma on 2/26, I havent been able to reach him. 5/1 my PCP did not clear me for surgery due to my complex medical history and acute symptoms presented with. 5/5, **** in the pre-op **** said now I need my oncologist to complete the form, suggesting that they would ignore the clearance from my PCP if the oncologist cleared me for surgery. This is preposterous. I told **** that my oncologist advised me to go to my PCP beforehand. She told me to see another oncologist. I asked multiple times to escalate this issue. Eventually, she said her supervisor will call me back. No call. Coupled with these issues and Goal's attempt to force surgery, I wasn't medically cleared for or lose $5200. May you please help me?

However, I have not received a refund as of yet and supervisor *******, states they are deducting $750 for administrative fees. I reached out to ************* questioning the accuracy of these administrative fees (see attached). I haven't gotten a response. Also, *******, on 2 different occasions, said that she would email a refund document for me to sign and return. I have not received that yet.       2/24/24 I had a surgery scheduled with Goals plastic surgery. The day before I was at goals hating medical clearance. I *********************** say she didnt know they had surgery scheduled sat and was upset about it (this made me uncomfortable) I arrive to surgery @ 6 am on 2/24 no one is at the facility the dr decided to show up 40 minutes later saying hes worried because his teams not there. He makes a few calls and tells me his team couldnt make it due to construction on the street (keep in mind myself and the Dr were there just fine) ****************** was extremely rude and condescending he told me to reschedule I shared with him I cant take anymore time off of work etc he then says I dnt need time off and I can lay on my side to work Im uncomfortable so I leave the office and as I am waiting for my ride I see his team show up (extremely late) and then ten mins later they left. The goals team was incompetent, late and the Dr. was extremely rude I do not wish to do any business with this company and they will not refund me my $$$ back I work very hard for every dollar that I make and I want my money back! I do not wish to reschedule I wish to take my hard earned money elsewhere and I am entitled to do so but they have declined giving me my money back

      6/1/23 I had a cosmetic surgery expected to be a tummy tuck and liposuction of 5 areas indicated on contract attached. Previous to surgery photos were taken of my body I was given the price quote of $11,150. I was to pay $250 to book procedure. I have a big paper email of all these events as well. So I booked. For July of 2023 but I came into some money early so I changed date for 6/1. Arrives for my surgery 5am. Gets prepped by nurse. Dr sees me he talks to me about surgery. I have surgery I get home I get filled with questions? They are very unresponsive for me to have had a major surgery like this. I have gone back to office and expressed through photos and text that he m not happy with surgery results had to come back to office half dozen times Dr tells me give it 6 months for healing that Ill see my amazing results. Well six months which was 12/6 I gave an appointment I show up they say Dr canceled all appointments I received no contact at all. So I call 800 number they give me appointments for the next week ********** have virtual next weds. Asking Dr about how I look. He says he was not aware that I was to get any liposuction that he had to now consult with higher *** and get back to me. Weeks go by I hear nothing its holidays so Im patient finally someone sends me a snippet of a contract saying Dr can opt to change surgery during surgery without my consent if he was unable to do complete job I should have been given the option if I wanted to move forward or not. So now the want me to pay for the liposuction never got during my surgery 5k more these people are running a scam and I want to report them to medical board next. Its not right. I have so many correspondence from beginning where I told them I was unhappy. I saw another surgeon he says 14k to fix wat this Dr did how could that be right ! Im so depressed and I need clarification on wat they did to me I have so much more correspondence. Also this was done by ************* at ***** ** *ocation.

      I am deeply concerned about my experience with Goals Plastic Surgery after signing up during a Black Friday special on 11/27. The representative provided misinformation, affecting my comfort and security. I expressed concerns about living in ******, but was told there was an office in *****, later discovering it was in *******, a 2-hour flight away. The consultation raised issues about the BBL portion, and conflicting information was given regarding the need for someone to accompany **** faced challenges with communication, misinformation, and scheduling issues, culminating in a rushed virtual consultation on 12/22. On 1/9, I experienced a missed Pre-op call and conflicting information about the surgery's necessity, leaving me distressed and questioning the safety of the procedure.Concerns escalated on 1/10, learning about past surgery delays, botched BBLs, and issues with anesthesia. On 1/11, I proposed alternatives, but additional fees for rescheduling or changing doctors were presented. I'm left anxious, considering cancellation due to safety concerns, with only a narrow window of 30 days for any refund.I seek assistance in disputing charges or finding a solution that prioritizes my peace of mind. I've saved diligently for this experience and now face the difficult decision between potentially wasted money and my fear of proceeding with an uncertain surgery.Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.       On October 6 a purchase was made for the amount of 600 for weight loss program. All steps have been followed (bloodwork completed on October 7) I have contacted the merchant several times in regards to why I have not received my weight loss packet I was informed by the merchant a consultation by a doctor was required and that I needed to wait for when ever the doctor had time to call me with no time or date when that will be after informing them the option was unacceptable for me to wait for whenever the doctor became available was a waste of my time with out no time frame given. On October 24th I was then informed by the merchant that an appointment was set to speak with the doctor for October 25th at 10:30 am took time off and waited for the doctor and never received a call at 11:53am I send a text message communication I was then informed the doctor ******* make the appointment (no one called to cancel my scheduled appointment that the doctor missed at 10:30) its at that time I requested a refund thats when all communication stop I called emailed text no response the most I got after calling numerous time was the a supervisor would contact me which I still have not heard from. Please assist on getting the amount of 600 dollars for service that was never rendered to me merchant refuse to respond about refund. Thank you

      I scheduled a procedure with Goals on 10/26/23, I was told they are taking cash only for a promotion they are having, the contract I signed stated that $500 was the booking fee and non-refundable, I paid in full for the procedure, I started to receive calls about purchasing massages and post-op garment, the receptionist kept changing the price, thats when I became alarmed, on the following day 10/27/23, I called to cancel the procedure and get a refund now Im being told the only option I have is to reschedule because they do not provide refunds. This is a procedure I no longer want and Im being told I have to have the procedure done or lose my money. This place needs to be shut down this is unfair practice.

      I paid a deposit of 500 dollars to goals plastic surgery and i paid early august. I was scheduled an appointment 11/24/23 and today i was informed that appointment is no longer available because the doctor is going to be out of office. I dont live in the state that the surgery was going to performed I paid travel arrangements and I also took for work for these days. And the dates they gave me to reschedule doesnt work for me so they told me they cant refund my deposit even though my appointment that has been scheduled since august was cancelled due to no fault of my own. I had to get blood work and clearance just for the surgery that i had to pay out of pocket for. And Im their contract it shows if i had to reschedule or cancel within 60 days i would have to pay them 500 additional dollars but yet they attempted to reschedule my appointment and wont give me my deposit back which i dont think is fair. They knew prior to me paying my deposit that the doctor would be out of office those dates and still scheduled the appointment knowing this just to get me to pay my deposit. I dont think this is right for the company to do i have done everything needed on my end. Due to them not being able to keep the date promised i shouldnt have to suffer by not being able to get my deposit back the doctor being out of the office that week is no fault of mines. I would like to be refunded immediately
