Date of Transaction: September 2022-July 2023 Amount: $8.99 Monthly (Recurring)Digital Access to Media/Magazines/Periodicals I cannot access the service as Zinio does not recognize any of my email addresses as having an active subscription with them. I have then tried to cancel the service but the phone number provided by Zinios Website which is the same number provided next to the charge on my credit statement is not a valid/working number. The business has made no attempt to make themselves available to discuss this issue. The only information provided is a charge to my credit card stated as ZINIO*USD ************ **. I have no account number or e-mail address associated with Zinio that I have been able to locate and as previously stated their customer service number is inoperable.Business response

Hello,
First of all apologize for any inconvenience caused. We received on Sep 06th, 2022 a request to delete your account, but your subscription remained active and it has the autorenewal enabled. Apologize for this inconvenience. We have checked your ZINIO Unlimited account ********************** and saw that 4 orders were already refunded. We now can confirm that the rest have been also refunded. Below is the information of the orders refunded which correspond from September 2022 to August 2023. You should see a credit appear on your statement within approx 5 business days.

The link takes you to a survey where you answer questions I took the survey then it has a prize for you I chose the iPhone 14 I paid shipping and handling I asked for a tracking number and got this for a responseBusiness response

Dear Sir or Madam
No where in the screenshot shows ********* as the company they engaged with. We do not sell or engage in competitions to offer iPhones. Please show a clear receipt including a purchase which shows ********* this customer appears to have confused the company he is complaining about. We sell digital magazines on behave of publishers, we are not involved in selling iphones. Furthermore the screenshot is not from ********* support, does not contain our telephone number. Please with draw this complaint from ZINIO. And contact the company where the purchase was made.

Unacceptable I demand my iPhone 14 there was nothing that said contest entry it was completely deceptive and they need to cough it up
f their s***** refund
I had to cancel my credit card because they kept charging it after the fact.

You are writing to the wrong company. The screenshot you have provide is not linked to ZINIO LLC, the reply you received is not from ZINIO LLC's support team
Furthermore we have no competitions linked to iPhone 14, we are a digital magazine company
