      I filed a disablility claim with my insuance company in February of 2023. I encountered several obstacles, the app didnt load properly, no re-card of my claim every time I called, etc.Fast forward to June 15, 2023 when I return to work. All my paperwork is submitted and now I am just waiting for the adjuster to look over my paperwork. I receive a phone call from ******************************* on July 6, 2023 stating there was more information she needed from me. But all the questions she was asking me were questions she should have been asking my employer. When I said as much she said she would call them instead.She also said there was a questionnaire that my doctor needed to fill out, in addition to the form the had already given him. ******************************* informed that the questionnaire would be mailed to my doctor. When I asked could t be emailed or faxed I was told no, that the form would have my name on it when mailed to my doctors office.Today is July 17, 2023. I called my doctors office to find out if the questionnaire was received. It was not. I then call Family Security to find out the status of my claim. I am told that the claim is waiting on information from my doctor. I explain to the representative that because the paperwork was mailed it was probably trashed because ******************************* said my name was on the envelope.I also told him she mailed it instead of faxing it. I was told I could have it faxed over, just provide him with the fax number.I dont understand why something that is supposed to provide you security in an emergency is being treated like charity. I have paid my premiums biweekly for over **************************************************************************************** It feels like a ponzu scheme.Very Angry,*******************************

      I ordered this yesterday 7/29/22 ND when I call it says they are not answering. Two numbers. These two numbers say the same thing. A woman name Maiysha set me up for this from **** after calling them. YET **** is no affiliated with them anymore. Her extention was #****. She thi k she got me but I already set up an appointment with **** tonight and I will put a block on them and close this account and start another account. Yeah I check everyone with the Better Business Bureau now. I don't trust no one!!!

      I had 2 policies on myself and 2 policies on my kids. These policies were set up and paid for through with my credit union on an automatic withdrawal account specifically made for the policy payments. My bank no longer does business with them, and I now understand why. In Feb, I canceled the 2 policies on myself due to finding better policies at better rates. There should have been a reduction in the required policy payment amount due. Instead, FSP sent a request to my credit union to cancel the payment account completely. This caused the remaining 2 policies on my children to go unpaid for months before I received a past due ****. Now the policy premiums are being paid for with the cash value of those policies, plus interest. These are policies to benefit my children when they are older. I spoke to someone that only wanted to tell me "Sir, the notes say you spoke to someone in September". YOUR COMPANY REQUESTED MY ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED IN FEBRUARY. It took a while to figure out exactly what happened and when I did wouldn't you know, getting them on the phone is a pain. Once you get someone on the phone, it sounds like they are talking to you from across the building. By the end of the call, I still have zero answers. At least I have the comfort of knowing I get to wait for a call back to clear things up.
