I was skeptical ordering a $20k ring off of the internet for obvious reasons. I inquired about it and got an email from **** the CEO of the company. I was thinking yeah right, this is the CEO. Well he we went back and forth a few times and it was really him! He wanted to set my mind at ease regarding the purchase of such an expensive ring without looking at it. I made the order, when the ring was completed (roughly a week), it was shipped overnight with a signature being required. When it arrived I noticed a few of the diamonds in the eternity ring looked a little cloudy to me. Yes Im a picky guy, but also the ring was expensive. I reached out to **** and immediately got a response. He sent me a return label and had the ring back the next day. They looked over the ring and replaced the diamonds in question, polished the ring, and back overnight it came. It looked great and my wife LOVES the ring! I cannot say enough about the customer service. I needed an appraisal for insurance purposes and ******* had it to us the next morning. I was you, went back and forth, couldnt get myself to place the order due to skepticism. Im glad I made the decision, along with a little help from **** to set my mind at ease. I would not hesitate ordering from Rare Carat. A top notch company! Thank you again!!!

Very well designed and described, great deal for the money.

The process was simple and the website really lays it all out for you. The customer service was super helpful as well. The only thing I'd like to see different is have men's settings as well. Not just women's, because this diamond was going into a pinky ring for me (a man) but that doesn't hurt your score. That's and I'll definitely be doing more business with you in the future.
