1 starThis company is not responsive. The customer service does not respond appropriately, or at all, and you are left in the dark with your issue. When customer service fails to respond in a timely manner or at all, thats a red flag regarding your info now being exposed. Your debit cards work successfully, then out of nowhere they are declined and you are given no response to inquiries about it, or a way of correcting the problem, even searching their help section is not helpful. Will do my best to make sure people arent fooled by this app, and use a much better, and more legit cashback service.Fluz Fluz LLC

1 starNo good no good no good bad company bad company bad company they ought to be put in jail for taking people money and don't want to refund their money because the product never shows up. I believe the BBB need to go ****** all of their financial records and I'm sure it's thousands of people that they've stolen money from that's why I'm leaving this report because I recently has been taking my money and I've have over 92 emails between me and that company and I still am the one that's not satisfied nor did I get my money back something needs to be done ASAP.Fluz Fluz LLC

Unlike physical gift cards purchased online, digital gift cards are added instantly to your Fluz app after purchase. In the app, youll find the full e-gift card number, the PIN for online purchases, and the barcode for in-store use. This process ensures you always receive your purchased product immediately.
If youve used your gift card but the merchant couldnt deliver your order, we recommend contacting the merchant directly, as they can best assist with locating then package or resolving the issue.

1 starIf I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible company, scam setup, horrible customer service. I have attempted to work with customer service on multiple issues for over a month. They have taken my bank info and errored multiple times in the backend of their own app. They have refused to honor my attempts at purchases and set an after-the-fact "limit" on my spending for no reason which they can explain except to bogusly claim a "fraud" protection (after I verified my accounts multiple times, multiple ways and waited days for verification). Do not get fooled by their nonsense, do not give them your info.Fluz Fluz LLC

We do not have access to your card details. We are an online app-based marketplace that accepts a variety of payment methods. It's possible that someone got a hold of your card information and used it to make a purchase on our platform. If you've lost your card or believe someone may have had access to it, please report it to the card provider/bank or to the party you purchased the gift card from, as soon as possible. 2 starsI got a $100 gift card for Christmas I registered and activated it on dec26 and went to use on Dec 29th it was declined . I called the company got a number for who the charge for $100 on gift card. They gave me a fake number and tried to say that's who the charge was from . I filed a complaint the refused to refund my $100 amount. I know 2 other people who had same problem with this company. We buy the ****** *** gift cards and they give the information out excuse me sell the information and our gift cards get charged the entire amount and we loss while they gain/win twice. 1 starI got 6 cards for xmas for nieces and nephews and They got hold of me and out of 10 of them 6 were declined and I checked and they all are associated with your number. Under names FZADS, FZGROCERY, FZSHIP, FZSOFT. I raced it down to Flux website. Someone somehow wiped these cards clean and I never heard of your website and these cards were not used. When they went to use them the first time 6 out of the 10 were declined, wtf! I have all the receipts and I have the cards in my hands now. How could this happen? 1 starThere were three charges on my account that got duplicated by Fluz. I was assured I would receive my money back but it's been over 2 months and I'm now being told they don't even owe me the money at all. Fluz is a huge scam. Stay away.
