    I have been having constant nonstop issues with daily pay. Daily pay has placed a fraud on my account that I did not request, I called daily Pay on 07/25/2025 about an email I received from them about fraud on my account requesting photos of my ID and check stubs, Agent told me it was fraud and don't send any information (sent screen shot of email). Called them this morning 07/26/2025 because my account is showing no information and $o money is available after working three days already and agent tells me I have a fraud case and my account would need to be reactivated. Anytime it seems you on a roll and money is flowing daily pay always seems to have system issues, delays, unrequested transfers and a host of other issues. I'm working until no end and it just seem like daily pay is taking so much from me. I have bills to pay. and with days of know funds available I know they will rob me blind. I receive emails when there is an available balance with the amount and when you go transfer the money it less than half of what they say is available or even $0.

    I signed for payment service from the company 2 weeks ago. I also canceled 2 weeks. Today was the last day the merchant received payment and are now paid in full. I called and spoke with Mino the supervisor on 7/24/2025 at 7:37am cst. He stated that it would take to 2-3 more weeks and refused to cancel my service. The company will not remove the hold so that I can update my payments elections with my job so I can get paid to my own account

    My work started to use Daily pay to get our pay Daily if we wanted so I started to use them and started to have trouble with them so I cancel with them and I started to my check deposited form my work instead of Daily pay. And then again I started to get my pay into my account from ********************** again . And I talk to them at where I work and they told me that I have to call Daily pay about it because they can't do anything to do with Daily pay. Which i think they do. I even even told my work thay did not pay all my pay and they told me that they don't have anything to do with Daily pay. I can't do anything because where I work won't do anything and Daily Pay won't do anything I did find out that Daily pay does use ********************* because that where My work deposited my paycheck.

    ************************ stole my earnings and keep lying saying they didnt but I have proof I did not touch the money so it should still be there

    I use daily pay and recently they have had errors with my account. Their policy says I was supposed to notified and I wasn't. They made an overpayment and now I have to deal with it. If I was notified as per their policy I could have resolved the issue instead of finding out on my payday. I asked repeatedly why I was not notified and was never given an answer. Instead I was pretty much given the run around.

    I am filing a complaint against DailyPay, Inc. for charging over $50 in foreign transaction fees and instant transfer fees from 7/4/2025- 7/12/2025 that were not properly disclosed and violate their own published terms.According to DailyPays terms, the 3% foreign transaction fee applies only to PIN and signature-based international transactions. However, my charges occurred during standard debit card purchases with no PIN or signature, and I was never informed that these would be treated as foreign transactions. These fees were automatically charged (after the fact) without any warning or explanation.Additionally, I was charged an instant transfer fee for simply moving my available balance to my DailyPay card, which is explicitly described as a free transfer option.I contacted DailyPays customer service by phone and spent several hours being transferred around, receiving no resolution or explanation. No representative was able to clarify why these charges occurred or offer a refund.I am requesting:1.A full refund of the improperly charged foreign transaction fees.2.A refund of the instant transfer fee that should not have applied to a card transfer.3.A review of DailyPays disclosure practices and terms to ensure transparent communication with customers.I am filing this complaint due to both the unauthorized fees and lack of customer service provided when I attempted to resolve it through appropriate channels.

    To address your concern, early transfers of earnings you request via DailyPay will be sent to the card, or bank account you select at the time of the request. On 07/12, you selected an ACH Transfer which usually posts on the following business day. As 07/12 fell on a non-business day, this transfer would have successfully deposited in your account on 07/14.

    My daily pay account was cancelled. I did not cancel my account. I have called about 10 times since June 25, 2025. I have been told my account would be escalated so my account can be reactivated. My account has not been escalated nor has my account been reactivated. I am requesting a from a district manager or someone in corporate regarding my account. The representatives have been very rude and are always ******* me off the phone. When I ask a representative to speak with a supervisor there is no one ever available nor have I received a call back.     I made several transfers on 6/22 however they were not posted to my account. They also charged me for one however I did not request an immediate transfer. Ive tried contacting them however the customer service, **** and ****** are two whom I spoke with but many are horrible. They gaslight and play games. They are disrespectful and dismissive. They show very unprofessional behavior

    I received several emails from DailyPay stating that I had funds available to transfer. All emails have said the same thing. From their verified support email. When I contacted the support team, they stated that the emails were most likely scam and to disregard them.
