I have had my aids for 2.5 years and lie the product. i have had good seervice for a replacement as well as from the audiologists. my revieqw is on the web site. I am trying to find out if my aids have telecoils. they are essential for hearing in large public spaces. Which are required to provide hearing assistance. a federal law. i could not find anywhere on the site where i listed specifications for my aids, which are battery driven and older. WHen I tried to use the chat to ask, it would not send a message the first 6 times I tried. when it finally did, i provided what it asked for and did not hear anything for 15 minutes. when i asked if they were still ther i received a note saying the team will beback tomorrow. this was at 3:********** time. Reaching the ****************** on the phone is similarly frustrating.Responder let me know or make it easy on the site to find specs or have a chat that is manned by real people more that 5 hours a day.Jabra Enhance Response

First and foremost, the Jabra Enhance Select 300's are fantastic! My review is going to focus on discrediting the notion that you should go to a local Audiologist / Hearing Aid Store. I made that mistake and spent 2 months going back and forth to that store trying to resolve my many problems that I had. I was so disgusted that I returned them just shy of the 2 month trial period. I did some web surfing and thought I'd give the Jabra's a try. Great price with a 100 day trial period. What did I have to lose? I applied for the financing and was notified immediately. Did the online hearing test and had the hearing aids in 2 days. Immediately was emailed to set up a consultation with a hearing specialist. I gave it 5 days so I could kick the tires on these. I did a Zoom meeting with the Audiologist, had questions for **************** (24 to 48 reply time) and never took more than 2 hours to get back to me. Also, I have tinnitus. My original hearing aid company said that those HA's would address that. They didn't:(... My new Jabra's, have solved that problem. I could go on with much more, but there is really no need. Give these a try and with the return policy, very reasonable price with unmatched quality and customer support it really is a no-risk opportunity. The Jabra Enhance Select are my 4th pair of high-end hearing aids over the last fifteen years.These are definitely the best and I can finally understand words instead of hearing volume with little understanding.I am able to keep the ** at a much lower volume and understand the words. I have not tried them with my grown kids and grandchildren, who I always had a hard time with.Also, the customer service and support has been excellent.Ordering was very easy and the phone ap is very good, easy to use and allows me to make many changes.Jabra Enhance Response

I ended up returning my Jabra Enhance 300 hearing aids, and I'm still giving them a positive review, as my experience with Jabra was very positive. Although I couldn't get used to wearing the hearing aids (mostly because I'm a big baby about having to wear them!), the product was easy to order, the price was so much better than prescriptions, there were several payment options, the hearing aids shipped promptly, the directions were straightforward and there were many customizing options, I met a specialist on Zoom who talked me through the process and answered all questions I had, and- most importantly to me- when I realized that I just couldn't get used to the hearing aids, the company happily and promptly accepted my return with no battle and no strings attached. As a first-time buyer, their return policy (longer than the policies prescription hearing aids have) was a huge plus to me. All in all, despite my problem with accepting that I'm losing my hearing, it was a very positive experience. I would recommend Jabra to anyone who wants to try hearing aids.Jabra Enhance Response

This company is beyond frustrating. For how expensive their products, the least they can have someone pick up the phone. Instead i get generic emails to schedule an orientation with 'an expert' that is 4 weeks out. Even after going thru that exercise and still the unit is not working, i am told to schedule another zoom, again, out 4 weeks. This is a scam. They delay service until 100 days pass then claim that they wont take the product back. Its very unprofessional and frustrating, especially when they claim to sell hearing aids. These are timely matters, but clearly not for them. They did a great job in not helping, that I am burnt out and my only recourse is to spend the next few months writing reviews on every site i can find to warn others. I will make the time. They charge me $2k and i have a unit that doesnt work and their phones clearly don't make outgoing calls. Let me guess, they will respond here and say that a customer care team will reach out. Hahahhahahaha. That hasnt happened in 4 months. Watch everyone! See their response, its generic and a deflection. None the less, stay clear. They are clearly avoiding dealing with folks and most of the reviews from what i was told from an ex employess have been generated by them. Not surprising. You've been warned!!Jabra Enhance Response

This companys customer service is nonexistent. I have tried calling with zero luck. Every time I do I get the stand thank you for calling and then straight to please leave a message. A message is left with zero response. I have tried emails. Again, no response. If it wasnt for my insurance sending me to this excuse of a company, I would definitely seek another provider. Honestly, all I can say at this point is wow to the ignorance.Jabra Enhance Response

I was tested for hearing loss in September and tried a ******* hearing aid but didn't like the 4K price and the sound was not natural.I did my research and just about every review site rated Jabra #1.I called them and had my hearing aids within a week.Everything was great, sound was natural, I was hearing things I hadn't heard in years and my tinnitus calmed down dramatically!Then, about a month ago, the first aid malfunctioned and was replaced.I was sent one with a short receiver and the other the wrong powered receiver.A third pair was sent and the left hearing aids battery depleted within a few hours.Talking with my assigned audiologist, she recommended their newest one that just came out and they would sell it to me at the price of the original one.Financing the new one, it was $6 more per month because of higher interest rates.I was told by the audiologist and the salesman that they would try to put a rush on the new ones because of what happened with the other ones.When checking with customer service a day later to see the status, I was told they wouldn't send them overnight and they were 7 to 10 days out!I gave up on this and cancelled my order and was given a full refund.No one has contacted me to try to resolve this and there's no way a customer can contact anyone higher in the company and there's no way they can leave a review except for sites like this.Their site says their mission was to take care of their customers no matter what but their actions say the opposite!I felt that given the circumstances, asking that the 4th replacement be sent overnight wasn't too demanding but instead, I felt they just wanted me to go away and they didn't want my business...Jabra Enhance Response

I have mild-to-moderate hearing loss due to childhood trauma. My first pair of high end HAs were purchased in 2009, a second pair of a different high end HA was purchased ~2016. With the new law allowing HA's to be sold over-the-counter I was dubious that I would find a pair of HAs of the same quality as I had purchased previously. I read all the surveys and reviews and many pointed to Jabra. The 100-day trial period was just one feature that made me try this company. I purchased the Enhance Select 200 (Rechargeable) with Premium Package at more than 50% less than my first two pairs. This package comes with a Charging Case, 3 Years of Hearing Care, 3 Years of Warranty, and 3 Years of ************* Protection. The support has been great with adjustments made easily and swiftly. The app has been easy to use and quite useful. It has been an advantage for me to have had so much experience with HAs prior to purchasing Jabra. That said, I think the support would be sufficient for first time HA users as well. Time will tell of the durability of the Select 200 HAs but they are not flimsy and they seem like high quality engineering. So far, great!Jabra Enhance Response
