    A card reader was defective with no customer support. It generated AI responsed email to ask for sharing how wrong was your buying product! Are you kidding me ?

    Worst company to ever use for your business. With the data breach and also requesting refunds on their end this app will do harm to your business.

    Bait and switch every step of the way. There is never any sense of urgency with customer support when THEIR SYSTEM FAILS and I have customers waiting. It literally took them 6 hours to return my call for a failed credit card transaction which they admitted was THEIR fault due to an "update" this looks so unprofessional for me as a provider. As a last resort had to take Venmo. Today my service photos are not showing up on the website. It's always something with these people. We will see how long it takes them to return this call. Save your money go elsewhere. This company is garbage.
