My complaint with Behalf Inc. is regarding ending access to a business line of credit that was in good standing without notice and explanation, negatively impacting the process in which my business necessities are obtained. I had been a Behalf customer for 6 years, and in the beginning of 2022 Behalf increased my business available line of credit on their own accord (w/o request). In previously communicating w/ Behalf via phone, I had been told my business held one of the more substantial lines they extended to customers. The line of credit was nearly paid off in full by June 2022 and email communication was received 6/8/2022 alerting to the available purchasing power the business had. On 6/21/2022 I attempted to make a business purchase using the available credit and was unable to access funds. In communicating directly with Behalf via email 6/21 & 6/22/22 regarding need for assistance in accessing funds it was relayed "Behalf Financing Product is no longer supported and Customers will no longer be able to submit new transaction requests and apply for new business financing." I asked for additional clarification, as this was the first time this information had been communicated; and if there were other products available. No further responses or clarification has been received. Behalf continues to promote itself as seemingly offering the type of finance products for small and medium size business that I have been told they no longer offer. I am looking for clarification on what occurred with my line of credit. I would like my line of credit re-instated. If the product previously available to me is no longer available, I am looking for information on other products. It does not make sense that a long time customer with positive account behavior that led to Behalf increasing the available line of credit on their own accord, would then be removed from product access with no advance notice or communication of other options.Initial Complaint

I have an account with Behalf and I've been trying to get a hold of someone at Behalf customer service since June 2022, totaling 12 phone calls and nobody has returned my phone calls. I find this extremely unprofessional.Customer response
