I ordered 4 bags from Dior and received only 2 instead of 4 bags. I provided all pics as a proof of what I received and they are telling me that it will take 20 business days for investigate. Their customer service is horrible and they are declining to refund for other two bags. I am trying to get update every other day but getting same answers, but no response.Pls REFUND customers ASAP! ******************* is a Crypto Scammer: I met this lady online via a dating website called Silver, claiming that her name is "*******************" on or around December 2023. She introduced herself as a lady who lives & works in **********, she works for **** as a district manager. I couldn't find anything on a platform exchange called Lontl but a fake one and it is registered to *********. I started tracking her pictures and I found that the picture she sent me was listed as an ****** girl for a SPA company in *****. After I started doubting her identity, I didn't say anything but I started withdrew money from Lontl twice. She kept insisting once getting more money from family members but I refused to do so knowing that it might be a scam and I won't be able to give that money back to any of my family members, she kept doing the trades until the account on ***** reached $174,000 on 02/19/2024. The same night she told me that the bonus period has ended and now you can withdraw all the funds at once. LONTL exchange is fraud.After I requested the withdraw of the whole amount, 30 minutes later I received an email stating that I have to pay 22 % of the amount before I can withdraw all the funds back to my bank account. So I texted her and she said I have to wire the amount of 34k to Lontl before they release my original amount I originally invested, so I did more research and I found a law called "Pig Butcher Law" which states that you are throwing good money after bad money. Today I have confirmed that this Platform is fake and lots of people are falling victims to the international scheme and I would like to share any info to stop these scammers from lying and defrauding ** Citizens and especially the ********** team who live in **********, Not sure if that person truly lives in ** or not but that is what she is claiming. MISSING ITEM! No update for Refund since 12/2023 I ordered Qty: 2 of Rouge Dior Minaudiere Clutch. I only receive 1!!! This was way back December 2023. Its almost February ****! No update on Refund..Ive been calling every week. The system for investigation and Refund is very poor. I suggested that they can run the video camera whoever did the packaging for that item. I followed all instructions, sent photos for dior and **** communicated with *** as well. This is a HASSLE! I reported that I received the package sealed from *** but missing content. Dior Beauty has deceptive practices. I know they're F rated and don't can't about reviews but just on principle I'll leave a review. Their Beauty Loyalty program is deceptive and they don't give you all the information up front. I placed 2 orders on different days (Jan 16 and 17) which qualified me for their Silver status tier. The second order was an after thought and I didn't think much about the loyalty program since benefits are usually not great. However, the website said it qualified me for silver so that was an added bonus. However the status didn't update and according to customer service on 1/22 because the purchases weren't 24 hours apart it didn't qualify. Deceptive marketing at it's finest. This information as of 1/22 is no where on their website. It's their internal policy but this is information that should have been public. Apparently if I had waited an hour it would have counted which is baffling. It should have been made clear and their website shouldn't say I'd reach Silver if I'm not going to reach silver because it's not an eligible purchase.Review from Latasha B

I purchased an item over the holidays from Christian Dior when it came the makeup bag was missing. I contacted Christian Diors customer service team for assistance. The customer service team was very lackadaisical when I called they informed me that I had to wait for another department to respond before they can process my request. I waited a week and heard nothing so I called back. Another customer service representative informed me the item was cleared and they would be sending it out. I waited another week and I received nothing. Not a phone call an email or any tracking information from Christian Dior. I called back today and spoke to a supervisor by the name of Tj he told me ok they can process a return as the item was no longer in stock. I informed TJ thats not adequate customer service as I want the item that is the reason I purchased it but I wanted the item to come with everything advertised and for me to take time out of my day to process a return for a refund wasnt customer friendly as this error fell on the online order team. He disregarded my request and proceeded with asking me again about the return. This was such an awful experience. I wouldnt expect this behavior from such a prestigious company.Review from Na A

Dior has such a bad customer service. Today I called Dior as I am chasing for my Platinum Member Welcome gift from 12/2/2023 and today is 1/17/2024. I spoke with some lady who didn't want to give me her name -reason? " She doesn't feel the need to " give me her name. Is DIOR a luxury band name? I definitely not going to buy anything from them ever again. Not sure if they are racist as well. Why would a customer service rep won't give her name? What an absolute joke this company is. I purchased a choker necklace for my wife for Christmas in early November to assure that it wasnt sold out for Christmas time. The choker ended up being too big on her and when I tried to exchange it for a new item they refused to do anything for me because it was over 30 days old. I just start dealing with Dior customer service is horrible and will never purchase from them again. I called as well to confirm shoe size for my child. I get the items the sizes or incorrect not a good fit I sent my items back and they are saying 14 days to return my money. Because it has to process. Worse company I have dealt with Burberry and LV and everybody and they have been so much better.Review from mary anne g

Impossible to return anything purchased online. Dior Chat won't talk about returns; there is no form in the order to return it (despite instructions online); there is no online return form (despite instructions to use it); emails requesting a return are simply ignored; and, of course, you cannot return something purchased online to a Dior counter in a store.Christian Dior, Inc.
