Received a citation for parking in one of their parking stalls. They claimed my tire was over a line and fined me $60 on a $10 ticket. Private property does not have fining or taxing authority. When I called them they refused to show me any agreement that allowed them to issue fines to me and then they yelled at me and told me "Pay the fine or we will destroy your credit" then the hung up the phone an blocked me. I did not raise my voice or show anger, I was simply asking questions about making sure I was obligated on the ticket. Horrible way to run a business.Review from Noritza S

Terrible customer service for the *** Waikiki ********************** garage. Had a problem with a validation ticket which I tried to address with them, but had to reach out multiple times for a response, only to have them tell me something that contradicts what is actually stated on the parking ticket. Tried to reach back out to them for clarification for future use, and received no response. Terrible way to run a company.Review from Brian A

Call to figure out why I was fired for no reason whatsoever not got told anything was wrong with my work. They hired a full-time person, but theyve not a part-time which was what I was at they left, and they hired another full-time person who is now at part-time call call headquarters and they say I am not employed there Ive never been employed by themReview from Joyce D

If you're experiencing any type of harassment, bullying, stalking from a male supervisor and you report it, they will take action against you. During the harassment if you get emotional and use profanity, you will be "the problem" and nothing you reported will be considered. So basically, they make you "the problem" and disregard the males actions. Even though theres been several complaints against the one individual.Review from Jessica P

******* mi they took over a contract for the schools and their account manager was a ***** she had a issue with favorite and when I told her to stop she let me go of course she made sure to ban me from ever going back also just because you have thirty years with a company I guess it means they will believe that person over someone who had been in the district longer than this ridiculous company I hope another company returns and I hope ABM loses the contractReview from Devin S

They dont even deserve a star Today is July 31 and my birthday vacation is ruined cause of atm parking machine practically maxing my debit card with multiple nights I am not gonna use I contact 3 people who seem to just rotate me from one manager to another They all managers The customer service is scary I felt completely discriminated They literally told me I should pay more attention to what I am doing Very horrible experience I have anxiety And because of it U ask the counter lady of the commuter airport to help me What she lively did To be both of us treated like liar instead of asking for prove and offer a solution as this was the correct and professional thing to do This business should be shut
