Uber app refuses to allow me to change my payment method on my riders app, and refuses me access to it, unless if I verify a card that I no longer have - so I can't obviously verify the old card if I don't have it anymore.Initial Complaint

Uber is an app that you put your card on file to order a ride with your consent. Uber choose to enroll me in their Uber one program without my consent. When I reached out to them they admitted to without my permission accessing my bank account and taking out money without my permission. The charge was for *****. When I requested my money back after proving that it was without consent and admitted it they simply disconnected me from the chat.Initial Complaint

I agreed to book a trip that was around 20 usd. The trip is done and it's days later and uber just took it upon themselves and adjusted the price to 32 usd. I never agreed to that priceCustomer response

I purchased some food and the driver didnt deliver my food when I order my food Uber uses a pin service where I have to give the pin to the driver fbefore my food is released to me well this time the driver marked my food delivered and I immediately called when I got the notification and asked the driver how did he deliver it without the pin the driver was rude and even hung up on me I reached out to Uber and they refused to refund my money despite they could see the pin was not entered I want my money backCustomer response

/Doo Doo ubers and or dash new policies of doing multiple orders by the time we get our food it is so cold we can't eat it. I demand refund for my order tonight an **** can forget me ever using them for anything ever again and I'm a disabled war vet 70 years old and I could have used their service more.I put in the order at 5:50 PM and at 7:00 PM they were still a good 20 miles away picking up other orders so I told them to cancel it. Anyone who puts an order at 6 in at 7 is an eating is usually complaining.Initial Complaint

I don't have an address for Uber. On June 7, 2022 I noticed a pending charge from Uber on my account of $99.99. I contacted Uber right away and on June 10th I received the following response: "Sorry for the inconvenience, *****. I see that you have written in about the charge of $99.99. I'm here to help you get this issue sorted out. I've refunded your Pass and can confirm that pass auto-renewal has been turned off. You should see the charge for the purchase back on your original payment method in just a few business days. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding." On June 10, 2022 the charge was reversed in my checking account. I therefore thought that was the end of it. Last week I tried to schedule a ride with Uber and was told that I had an outstanding balance of $99.99! I have sent messages and **** says that this is the amount I owe. I never signed up for Pass nor did I ever use it. I have two pages of "chat online" conversation ending with I should contact my bank. My bank has the same information I do. The transaction shows my checking account being charged and that charge being reversed on June 10, 2022. Uber is still telling me I owe $99.99. For some reason **** thinks this is a credit card issue, but it went through my checking account. My credit card for that time period shows no transactions to or from Uber.Customer response

I ordered a meal from chilli's using the Uber eats app on 12/16/22. After waiting multiple hours for our meal and having 4 different drivers drop the order at the restaurant, I attempted to connect customer support who refused to call the driver, the restraunt, or offer any competent help. I finally called the restaurant where they informed me that the first driver has stolen the order, and that it was such a consitant issue with the app they would not remake the meal. After informing customer service of this, they continued to refuse to answer my concerns and only offered a $10 discount on our next issue to resolve the order. I would like a explanation for what how this is handled by the company and to be properly accommodated for this major flaw in Uber eats.Customer response

I am a restaurant owner that has not received payments from Uber Eats for completed orders since October 15, 2022. The customer service team has been of no assistance. I have been pursuing this issue since 11/18/22 and I still have not been contacted to resolve the issue. There are no supervisors available per the customer service reps. I am not seeking the BBBs help to collect funds, I am making a complaint in regards to the resolution process. Most businesses rely on delivery partner payments to sustain rolling capital and to constantly call and be given the same excuses with no resolution is unacceptable.Customer response

**** charged my credit card twice for the same tip. I did NOT authorize the second tip charge. Although they acknowledge the mistake and put a credit on my Uber account, I can not accept that. I almost never use Uber, and will never use them again. Id like them to take their credits off my account and refund the actual amount to my credit card.Initial Complaint

I APPLIED TO BE UBER DRIVER. AND HAD ISSUES WITH THEM REJECTING MY INS DOCUMENT I FIRST UPLOADED MY INS CARD FROM APPLE ID WALLET AND REALIZED THAT WAS NOT THE SMART CHOICE BEING THAT WALLET INS CAD WAS RED SO.THEN. I UPLOADED INS CARD PDF FORMAT. GOT REJECTED THEN UPLOADED DECLARATION PAGE GOT REJECTED THE WANTED ORIGINAL IS WHAT WAS UPLOADED THEN WAS ADVISED TO TAKE A PHOTO OF IT AND UPLOAD DID THAT REJECTED THEY SAID NO PHOTO OF DOCUMENT ACCEPTED IM CONFUSED CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP I OFFERED TO CONFERENCE WTH STATE FARM INS TO VERIFY ON THEY OWN BEHALF THEY REJECTED EVERY DOCUMENT FOR MY INS ONLY AND DID EXACTLY WAS I WAS TOLD TO DO I HAD STATE FARM FOR OVER 10 YRS THEN FINALLY MY ACCOUNT WAS ESCALATED AND A APPEAL WAS FILED AND SUPERVISOR IN ESCALATED **** REVIEWED MY ACCOUNT AND SAID THERE NOTHING WRONG WITH MY INS S EMAILED ANOTHER **** TO GET ACCOUNT UNLOCKED ASAP. FEW DAYS LATER IT WAS RESOLVED. THEN LOCKED AGAIN THE APPEAL THEN UNLOCKED NOW SAS DEACTIVATED FOR SAME REASON BUT ON MY ACCOUNT AL DOCUMENTS SHOW APPROVED AND IM GETTING NOTHING RESOLVED. IM PLEADING TO PLEASE GER MY ACCOUNT RESOLVED THIS IS MY FINANCIAL MEANS TO PAY AND SUPPORT MY BOYS AND OA FOR THERE COLLEGE
