I purchased four tickets to aboard the Infinity yacht for the Independence Day family fireworks cruise. I have tried numerous times to make contact with ievents. I even tried going through Hornblower who owns and rents the yacht to ievents. And they weren’t at all helpful with getting me in contact with ievents Adam is the person who sold me my tickets. I have his contact information but he doesn’t answer calls back either. Adam told me that I would be entitled to a full refund if for some reason the event was canceled. And that’s what I would like. I would like a full refund. Hopefully they will respect the Better Business Bureau. Because they sure don’t respect their customers. Thank you for any help you can provide with my situation. I could sure use that refund. I have printed tickets and receipt of payment.Customer response
