I purchased 3 tickets for an *** event at Poppy in *********** through this site. When we arrived to the venue the security was not letting anyone in as they oversold and were at capacity. Our New Years plans were ruined and we had no place to go. Ive contacted the phone number to this organization listed and its changed. Called the new number and they never answer. This is a scam! Buyer beware. Im seeking a full refund as services have not been rendered. I have emailed them and email gets kicked back. No response at all!!Initial Complaint

I bought tickets for *********** for *** I told them to transfer my tickets to TAO since was ***********. was cancelled. Then they charge me 892 dollars. I call them every day send them e-mails and they never respond. What type of illegal business are they running here. I'm writing to you regarding your New Years Eve ticket(s) purchased for the event at ***********. We regret to inform you that this event has now been canceled due to staffing issues with the venue.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you. We would like to accommodate your interest in attending a New Years Eve event by offering you the opportunity to switch your ticket(s) to another one of the great *** events for this season.Business response

With a group of friends we bought tickets for a new year eve barcrawl.When we arrived to get our wristbands, we discovered that we only had access to 3 bars while when we bought the tickets, 5 bars were mentionned for this event.In one of the 3 bars, they told us that the wristbands were not working, that they did this event last year but no one contacted them to participate this year. They told us that we couldn't get inside. We feel that we bought tickets for an event that was not like promised.We reached out cravetickets but we did not get a reply.Business response

This company is violating ********* Ticketing Law S************* which prohibits hidden fees on event tickets and fees for tickets delivered electronically. I purchased a New Years Eve ticket for an event at ************* in *** back in November and paid $90 for the ticket and $6.95 for an e-ticket fee. I got no email confirmation from this company after making my purchase. This company today on 12/30/22 is charging an unspecified $25 at the very end of checkout and a $6.95 e-ticket fee. This is a direct violation of ** law. I want a full refund for the predatory illegal fee I paid, a refund for the ticket I brought and didnt receive confirmation for, and I want this company to face accountability and endure penalties as outlined by the law for not advertising prices transparently.Business response

On 12/26/2022, I purchased a general admission ticket to the New Years Eve event at ******************* (** ************, ********, ** *****), which is to be held on 12/31/2022. When I checked out and received my initial order confirmation, the ticket price reflected was $110, which is the ticket price I agreed to pay. After checking my confirmation email today, however, it shows I am now being charged $190, which I did not agree to. My order number is ************. I have another friend who purchased two tickets at the same time, agreeing to pay $110/ticket, and are now experiencing the same exact issue. Their order number is ************. I have attempted to call the company but have not yet received a response. I believe we were scammed into being charged a higher price than what we agreed to pay hoping that we would not notice. For reference, the general admission price when we purchased our tickets was $110, and now the website is showing $190, likely due to demand or the date being closer to the event. However, we purchased our tickets yesterday before the price increased to $190 today.Initial Complaint

I brought a ticket on 10/25/2022 for the ********************* halloween bar crawl in ** that is on 10/29/2022. I purchased my ticket through eventbrite and my friend got her ticket and confirmation email from eventbrite and crave ticket email and I still have not received anything. My card has been charged and I want my ticket for this event. Its also ridiculous that the phone number attached to this website doesnt even work and says its been changed.Business response

I purchased tickets for a New Years Eve event at a nightclub called dragonfly in LA all over the dragonfly website and crave ticket website was the address to this location. When I arrived the club was shut down and I cannot reach anyone about the event. Hello, I purchased *** tickets a couple days ago. When I first attempted to purchase the tickets, it said my card could not be used. I used a different card to purchase my tickets and received 2 tickets and a charge on my card for the right amount. When I checked my bank statement for my first card it looks like I was charged even though it said it was denied. I did not receive a ticket for that charge and I do not want a ticket for that charge since I ended up using a different card. Is there anyway you can cancel that transaction so the money is not taken from my account. Thank you.***************************Business response
