Date of Transaction: March 14, 2022 Amount of money paid to Rethink: $1000.00 Business committed to provide me with credentialing for my ABA service.Nature of the Dispute: Theft, Fraud Whether or not the business had tried to resolve the issue: No.Issues: I hired ReThink as my credentialing service and they refused to complete the remaining the three applications. I was assigned to *****************, *********************, *************************, *************************** and *******************. **** and **** refused to communicate the status of my applications and blatantly refused to respond to emails unless I CCd their Manager, *************************. I then called insurance and they informed me that they did not have the applications for credentialing, and I completed the remaining applications myself. I have proof. When I followed up with *******************, account manager and asked for my refund after explaining my issue, he told me over a two-week period that he would follow up with me and see if he could issue me a refund. He never did. ReThink steals money from small businesses. Issues with communication of the process date back to late April/early *** when myself and the credentialing team had to have biweekly meetings to verify that they had completed the job that they said was done.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as a I received a refund but I did not receive confirmation that my account would be canceled as requested.
