Its an optional feature that many customers use for convenience, and we always send an email reminder three days before each shipment to give time to make any changes, skips, or cancellations.
That said, we can confirm that one of our Customer Experience team members has already canceled your subscription and issued a full refund for your recent order. You should receive the refund within 3-5 business days.

1 star******** product. Horrible service. I orderded the powder for my two dogs. Both of them are foodies and both refuse to go near their food if I put the powder on. Secondly, they signed me up for subscription without my consent. I wanted to try the product. I tried to contact them. I get no response. The links to access my "account" that they set up cannot get me in. I was left with no choice but to block them from charging my credit card. Be aware!!!Petlab Co.

Here are a few tips that have worked well for me when my own dog gets a bit picky:
1. For dry food: Lightly moisten the kibble, then sprinkle the recommended amount of ProBright over it.
2. For wet food or meals with a topper: Simply add the recommended amount of ProBright and mix it in.
3. You can also try blending it with a little bone broththis can make it more appealing without affecting the effectiveness of ProBright.
For best results,its important to use it every day. Just like we wouldnt skip our own dental routine, our pups also benefit from consistent daily use. Long-term, regular use is key to supporting their dental health and overall well-being.Furthermore, I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with the subscription and account access concerns. We never intend to sign anyone up without consent. I can see that one of our team members has already canceled your subscription to ********* Advanced, and no further charges will be made to your account.

1 starThis company is a COMPLETE scam. The dental powder does NOT work. Not even a little bit. The customer service is horrible to non-existent. After 5 months with no improvement, I asked for a refund and instead, they said, "We can offer you 50% your next order of the dental powder." Why would I want to buy more of something that does not work. They keep saying all dogs are different, but it's dental health and should have the same overall result for every dog. When I ask them about "every dog is different" and to clarify what / how that theory could impact the product working, they have no response. I demand a refund!!!!Petlab Co.

1 starWe have tried over a year to cancel. I called company, and yes I got thru. Problem was I didnt have my wifes card to cancel, was a very trying experience causing Me and My Wife anxiety and stress. My Wife said let it ride. Been a year now, I asked My Wife do You still want to keep this subscription? Our dog has stomach problems and She has a skin reaction. I just realized I can have Her call ******** and cancel. What I want to know is the several hundreds of dollars taken without our consent. Its a mess. We will rectify this headache in the Morning. Someone should be suedPetlab Co.

The vet just told me that my dog needed to have his teeth cleaned after using PetLabs ProBright for nearly a year and my dog had to have a Cytopoint injection to get through seasonal allergies.
